ADMs dropping

Hard to use those sales to indicate current prices but yes it is a good benchmark. Right now I have one offer at a ~$15k ADM for delivery in July/August on the table. However no ED available. I am not really sure I want to do that deal...ED is something I have been dreaming about for a very long time on this car (My mom got both her 911's ED when I was a kid and they were fond memories for me). Tough decisions.... at least we are in the position to make these decisions so we should be thankful for that!

No, not on hold... but the 2023 year has been a very popular year for ED, so they were booked up throughh August as of this past November... Zuffenhausen is likely not available until 2024, but Leipzig has been slowly opening more dates for customers... they had a lot of private events scheduled there, but some have been canceled, so I was able to snag a spot for the first week of June... If you stay on top of the ED team, they are very helpful and do what they can to offer cancelation dates when they arise.

@adm63 !!!! You need to get your ADM removed from your T build if this is the case... I'd think of a polite way to tell them that you no longer plan on paying anything over MSRP haha... or maybe wait till the car is built and on its way?? either way, this is good news for you!

I guess I am wondering if Burlington's sign removal is a sales tactic or real?
Plenty of places don't post ADM. You only learn when you ask about pricing.

I have ADM on my T arriving in early April (LA). How best to bring up the topic of reducing ADM?

Its hard though, In most cases there will always still be a buyer... its an efficient marketplace and that makes it tough to fight back.

I was placed on the order list in October 2022 for a GTS with information from the SA it would be at MSRP. He called this past weekend (Saturday) and said I had an allocation but it came with $20K ADM. I said, "Nope, I'm good." He called me back the following day (Sunday) and said after a convo with the sales manager, they agreed to drop the ADM and sell to me at MSRP. My order was placed yesterday and schedule for 5/26 delivery. It was an interesting, abrupt about face but didn't complain nevertheless. Definitely made sure it was a MSRP deal on paper before my order went in.

the market most likely will continue to get softer and dealers are more and more accepting of that fact and they know that the word is spreading around to consumers so basically they are getting a reality check
so time is on your side
the thing against you is LA , probably will be the last strong hold for Porsche ADM
irrespective of the above ADM in April are/should be lower than ADM at the time you ordered your car so some lowering of ADM is expected

Hope you guys secure your deals now. Bitcoin is up 44% in the past month, and equities are on the rise.
Don’t want to hear complaints when spring arrives and the buying frenzy begins about how you still can’t get a car because ADMs are back.

Wait until the car arrives.
When it's time to put pen to paper, tell them to remove the ADM.
But be prepared to walk away from the deal.
But if what everyone is saying is accurate, then walking away may not be that big of a deal when the car arrives in a couple of months because (1) the dealer will want to unload inventory at that point and (2) there should be other dealers out there will excess T inventories.
But for now, just wait it out. No need to quote, unquote spill the beans on your plans.
But, and last "but" for this post, caveat emptor. No one knows what the future holds.
