Ha, I C. U mentioned Albuquerque. I have a photographic memory which is sometimes a curse to have. Can’t forget negative things sometimes. I’ve traveled to 49 US states multiple times. Been to NM twice. Different there but like it. I work at a bank. We provide funds to construct buildings like all the high rises in Manhattan as well as globally. So, I know a lot about building components and construction draws, etc. Interesting how folks r connected in life one way or another

That is right I do live in the big A, and man you and your awesome mind palace you hahaha, Yeah NM is not so bad if you stay out of the south valley, the downtown, uptown, old town area, and any place connected to central hahaha. I love the mountains here, and the open roads all over NM (perfect for cruising) That seems like a very interesting job, I am sure you have picked up a thing or two in working there, that is awesome. It sure is, I think it's interesting we both work in a job that deals with construction, and yours seems like it is on a bit of a bigger scale hahaha.
But my dad who started the CPA firm in 06 had at one point 2 locations and probably around 10 employees, but now we have 4 and one location, its easier to manage, and since he did roofing and framework growing up, then to accounting he specialized in construction accounting because he liked the people, in construction. Also having worked as a framer and roofer, and made his first company in college that way he knew he would want to still have ties with contractors.
I did the same, my first job was concrete, and then I went to lifeguarding, then accounting once I was done with college classes, and I seem to be following in his footsteps, as I am now an accountant as well haha, I still have many people I call friends I met during the years I worked those jobs, and get to talk to them regularly as they are clients now

What sort of delivery miles did you all have? When I was visiting my car last week I think I saw 22.5 miles on the odometer.

10. Ha, warned my SA to let no one drive mine. I’ve seen higher than 22 on new 911.

@arrivederci Unfortunately I have no Idea but I will post it once I get my car next month what is pretty standard for delivery miles? because I feel like 22 might be a lot? Unless some Porsche person tested the car to make sure everything was okay

I should do the same, the last thing anyone would need or condone is some adrenaline-filled technician or sales rep taking the car for a spirited test drive, with the car not broken in or warmed up or up to oil temp

Still seems like a lot. I would guess that a car should not pick up 10 miles going from, going to the port, on a ship, off the ship, traveling to your dealer, then parking, it really shouldn't be more than 3?

This is the fourth car I’ve ordered from the factory - never had one delivered with less than 8 miles

interesting to see what others respond, but likely more than that for most. Well, I was my dealership’s first T and my SA was #2 awaiting his T. Ha, I wonder if my SA took my T for a drive?!
