I really like the 928 and the 993 but if I sell the 928 I will be not have a 928 more
Wow. I really loved seeing the 928 in Risky Business. It’s a classic..even if front engine Porsha. The 993 is another 911 (I get completely different) but I wonder how much you’ll drive it after u get ur T? But again, how much will u drive any other Porsha after getting ur new T? Ha, clean house and sell both. J/K. Either way, I’m sure you’ll tear up letting one go. I vote 928…as much as I love that car. That one’s gotta hurt either way!

BTW, my older bro had around 15 cars at one point. He somehow was able to let a few go. Wife and neighbors are extremely pleased.

Also, I see ur one of the Bear Mtn attendees. I grew up around cars. Surrounded by industry folks all my life. Have so many interesting car stories but can’t share much here. Most of what they do is highly secretive. Gladly share when we meet in person on 9/10…

I’m originally from Manhattan Beach, CA. Ha, Let’s do it. I’ll truck my T out there (if my schedule permits, but I travel a lot for work). Let me know if u fellas get something together. I started the east coast meet based on a whim and just chatting it up. We now have 10 folks showing up + other 911T owners, etc. Should be once in a lifetime 992 T gathering. I’m looking forward to seeing all the Ts as well as meeting folks I’ve been chatting it up with here in person. Love to hear everyone else’s passion for cars in addition to sharing mine on 9/10. Hoping some of us become long term T-mates (using @AdamIsAdam ’s wife’s term)

Waiting on the price, but he has sent a picture of it.

Watch this space, I’ll let you know if it’s an improvement.

I know this is in jest but seriously I did speak to La Jolla Audio here In San Diego and they said the Burmister on the Porsche not the Mercedez Benz one , Could not be duplicated by them at twice to three times the price . They said it’s one of the best they have heard in a manufactures systems . Maybe that’s why Bugatti utilizes the Burmister in a 3 million dollar car . No comparisons to the other two base systems . My wife has a Bose in her Panamara ( bought off a lot) can I say ear bleed .my current T has the Burmister . It’s a huge difference . I was a sound engineer during college setting up major bands in California . Audiophile systems at home .

I am currently looking for an allocation to join the T club, could you give me some more details?

I saw the cheaper priced ones at Flat Six. Looked a little different so assumed made in China. Here’s a pic of box I got from Suncoast. I think I paid $145. Made in Turkey. Quality felt solid when I was installing. Hope this helps…

I'm in West Covina but out in Redondo on the weekends quite often. So far the only other T owner I know of in Southern California is Surfingjeff.

I'm in San Diego quite often, at least once or twice a month. Would love to get a little crew together. I heard Palomar Mountain is a fun drive. My car doesn't arrive until December though.
