Seems kind of silly to not let the T deliver with the special and unique side decal. So easy to remove - pull a corner and peel slowly. Use a hair dryer or heat gun maybe or leave out in the sun to soften the adhesive. To buy it after the car delivers will be costly no doubt given Porsche part pricing.
plus for resale I would think that this unique signature decal would be a sought after standard feature.
and if you want top stripes and would like to also keep the side decal just have a graphic shop make up some decals for the top of the car and have a ppf shop put them on the car. Not very expensive.
kind of stupid that Porsche deletes the side strip if you order a top stripe - no reason that they should care if it stays on the car with a top stripe.
sometimes Porsche capriciousness attitude when it comes to what options and colors you can select on this or that car is really annoying.

@AdamIsAdam thanks for the oil update I will contact my SA again about this
Yes standard stock pads since I will not be using the car on track much. Around 4 days per year probably. The T is more of a mountain car road. I do think that every Porsche and every 911 is a good car to drive on track. Just brilliant. Untill you try a real GT product of course than the difference becomes clear. On the track it’s all about the driver not the car. So good drivers in both cars it’s hard to follow the GT3 touring. With a lesser driver I had no problem following the GT3 RS. It’s fairly easy to drive under 2 minutes benchmark on Zandvoort with the T. I think that pretty much proves how good the car is. Even without braking full.
I have a nice short video following the green GT3 RS but promised not to post that one of course.

@Macboy Here’s a way to not only keep up with the GT3RS’s but even easily overtake them on the straights….
A world famous UK car tuner called Litchfield will bump your car up to 582 BHP for just £1,300 ($1,800).
You’ll easily overtake them in a straight line (even a standard T would keep up with a GT3RS in a straight line due to their massive downforce.

Draw your own conclusions, but don't rely on a car salesman as the expert on this.
So, I don’t care if the Eastern US skies are cloudy, hazy, smoky, etc. I’m getting out and driving my T and loving it!!!

Python Green. Terrible pic and still dealing with the poor air quality from Canada fires here in NJ/PA. Definitely looks different.
