Shark Blue, Full leather interior (non-T), Rear Seats, Glass Roof, Sport Design Pckg, Prep for roof transport, Prep for dashcam, Manual, Extended Fuel Tank, Storage/Smoking Pckg, Blue Seatbelts, Fire Extinguisher
I would add a little more color, like deviated stitching in speed blue or interior light package, where you set the interior LEDs to blue

Dashcam wiring adds weight! Goes against Ethos of the T! LOL

(Seriously, I may go back and add it now that we know there is actually added wiring.)

My Freeze Point was moved from 2/14 to 3/2, but my production completion date is unchanged at 3/10. Go figure.

Interesting... You and I had the same dates. As of right now, my TYD has not made a single change since I started checking it. I am still on track for the same lock date 2/14 and build date of 3/10. About a week ago I moved into phase 2 and the homepage says "Scheduled for Production". My Euro Delivery is still set for June 6th as well, so fingers crossed! I just assumed that if they had a handful of cars all with the same dates, they would all get adjusted, but I guess not

I actually didn't consider the interior LEDs, I'll look into it!

I remember reading that a cable still needs to be run according to this thread (person that asked a Porsche technician. Not sure, but I wouldn't put it past Porsche. https://rennlist.com/forums/718-gts-...sh-camera.html

Quick question, does a move from step 1 to step 2 (of 4) into "Your vehicle is now scheduled for production" mean that any spec I had indicated, is now locked in? A freeze date of 2/17 had been communicated to me so I was still playing in the configurator/waffling on a few decisions. Was told by my SA this weekend that cars are being pulled in earlier than expected and was advised to finalize everything as soon as possible. Any info is helpful, thanks!

You can still make changes, but do it soon. I am also in Phase 2/4/... but my freeze date hasnt locked yet. I was told that going into phase 2/4 happens before lock date and just means that internally Porsche has added the build to a specific schedule and may start to pull it forward into production or push it back sometimes too... So your lock/freeze date just has a higher likelihood of locking earlier now... I would pick what you want ASAP just in case.

Would love to swap out the T interior door handles with the 992 3RS door pulls if they ever become available to buy. You know, ethos.

The thing that bothers me most is that the 12 o'clock marker isnt available on the T!! I have yellow seat belts optioned, and would love to have from factory the yellow center marker on my Race-tex wheel... I have never liked the look of the colored tach or chrono dial, so its one easy way to tie in the seatbelt color somewhere else... oh well, guess ill find a way to do it aftermarket

Great, thanks for the quick response guys! I nearly crud myself after seeing that update and assumed that meant I was locked.

So, related to my spec. I'm going PG with Sport Design but race-tex headliner, mirrors and steering wheel. Had originally spec'd Leather Interior in black with yellow tach, yellow chrono and yellow seat belts for some interior pop of color. I just changed to standard interior in black with lizard seat belts.

Thoughts on that change? I was up over $140k so backed the leather interior out to arrive at a more sensible "T" spend/build.

I was indifferent about them in my 991.2, but I have to say I really don't care for the version in the 992 GT3RS. I also worried about them showing oil and grime after years of use. I'm sure you can swap them easily but still. Lastly, the rest of the interior just doesn't match up with those straps. Even in that image of the RS, you have leather with deviated stitching and then some red strap hanging out of the door. It would make more sense if you have no door panels at all.
