992 Carrera T Club

PCCB’s were not dropped, they were never available for the 992 T from the beginning. What interior options are being dropped?

One color I haven't seen mentioned is Carmine Red. Has anyone decided to go with it?

I suspect Carmine will be the rare take on these. It is a beautiful, luxurious color. On the right GTS or Turbo S I see why people pay for it over the racier Guards red. On the T, I can't imagine it is a good fit.

Oh man I would be so thrilled if PTS turned back on.

I just don't see too many people getting the T in Carmine because as mentioned above, it's a really luxurious color that pairs well with gloss black and probably deserves one of the nice non-black interior options available on most of the other trims. You can't go wrong with it but I think most of the buyers looking for a red T are going with GR for free.

Haven’t heard much talk of Gentian Blue here for the Carrera T… what are your thoughts? I keep coming back to this one and I find it so striking. I also like how the Carrera T side decal is a bit more subtle with the blue background color. Also, am I crazy to think black high gloss wheels work best here?? Really like the colored Porsche Crest.

I’ve had a lot of very dark colors in my past and current vehicles and wanted something a little more bold. I think shark blue will accomplish that, but gentian is gorgeous too.

My only reservation with getting a darker colour is that depending on the light you don’t get to appreciate the beautiful contours of a 911 as the shades blend into the darker colour.

Yeah the darker color point is a good one, re: not seeing all of the lines in quite the detail. When I configure GB online, I think it looks fantastic with high gloss black wheels. Then when I see pictures of that spec in real life, I almost think GB needs a lighter color wheel to provide a little contrast. I suppose I just need to see a few more specs in real life before I decide!

I found the Porsche "EasyShare" QR code on the door jamb of one of the videos. This led me to the info sheets of all 5 Carrera T's reviewed by the press / YouTubers on Angeles Crest Highway a few weeks ago. Hopefully this will provide some inspiration for your builds!

Removed rear axle steer and PECATL delivery and ETA changed from 4/17 to 3/10. Wanted to add front spoiler lip painted in exterior color, but that option would cause a 6 week or more delay

I also got word from my SA that an allocation is available for me! Build date in May and delivery in July! I was originally in line for an S but moved to the T when it was announced (both at MSRP, SF Bay Area dealer).
Here is my initial build: http://www.porschecode.com/PPWQX493
I plan to use this car as a daily driver with occasional weekend canyon carving and road trips with my wife and son (when he's big enough to fit in a forward facing carseat). I optioned the glass sunroof because I like how it makes the interior feel more open, brightens up the dark interior, as well as how it breaks up the exterior color. I removed the side decals because I think it gets washed out in the dark blue. I would have optioned Bose but I think I'll just deal with the base audio or upgrade it if it's really as bad as everyone is saying.
I'm planning to visit my dealer soon to compare some additional options in person, but I'll probably leave them off: Other colors, 18-way seats, leather interior, LCA, surround view/power folding mirrors.
I'm pretty happy with my minimal build but I would appreciate any feedback on my current and potential choices.
