Wasn’t there a hack to get pictures of your car in production? Or do they eventually appear in TYD?

Good looking anniversary badge! Well done.

A friend of a friend is a wedding photographer and wants to start getting into car shoots. He drives a modded STI. So I met with him, let him do his thing, and gave him some gas money and bought him lunch. Some decent shots, some were not. I guess that's how you learn!

I guess this AliExpress vendor "borrowed" a picture of my car I posted on this forum and edited off one "1" to avoid the copyright.

That's a nice badge. Also, for $40, the PCA badge is quite nice as well.

I like that PCA one. I didn't realize there was a rear grille badge.

Everyone's use case is different so the not-blackmagic way of knowing would be to do oil analysis:

I don't know enough about what the factory fill is on the 992 3.0 engines, but the formally 0-40 mobil of the past is a bad oil to leave in for the first 10k, in my opinion. If you want to go 10k between services that is fine but that first batch of oil needs to come out shortly after running in the engine. I deeply believe that. Maybe it's easier for me, I never return to that oil so the sooner out the better.

Colossal waste? That's a bit of hyperbole. Even if you 100% knew an extra oil change did nothing, a colossal waste it's not... Few hundred bucks at worst. If it gives you peace of mind, that's money well spent.

Finally joined the forum. My T was built on 5/3 and hopped on a boat today finally heading home to Houston.

Yellow interior accents

Have some fun stuff planned for it. Already have clear corners, GT3 side skirts and S/T seat inserts to be installed at delivery and KW HAS and spacers that I’ll install after a thousand miles or so.

Fun times ahead!
