Painless no, but it is completely manageable which was my greatest fear going in since I've had 3 ortho surgeries in the past (construction accident). Thanks for the well wishes, best thing I've done in a while. Godspeed to you as well.

RAS, LCA, roof transport, and guards red + seatbelts or gentian blue at 122.

Minimally, if you want the S to be similarly spec'd you need the sport package w/ manual + sport seats at 131, which is an 9k difference. Of course, you don't lowered SPASM, nor do you need sport exhaust, which puts it alarmingly close in price.
Even still, 9k is definitely not much at all for bigger engine, turbo, brakes, and way way nicer interior options. Options aren't necessarily a good thing. I don't think I could convince myself not to get a 138k S, which is a big enough difference to slot me into a T. Any ADM though, and this suddenly becomes a bad value.
Just to clarify, the base Carrera/T/S/GTS all share the same 3.0 engine, just with slightly bigger turbos on the S and GTS and a hotter tune on the GTS vs the S.

Yes, and it isn’t too difficult to throw the gts turbos on with a tune and have gts+ power if one ever gets bored with the low hp motor in their t.

Similar feelings over here. The excitement for the T has been therapeutic in a way. Something I'm passionate about that I can really look forward to. Allocations notwithstanding!

Same here. In part I'm buying this for my dad and I to share, he had two knee replacements this year. He can afford one, but he won't buy one... so that's where I come in. We are so excited, although I temper that with an 18 month wait. We have great cars now, and relatively new ones at that, so it's not really a must-have at the moment anyway. Just something to look forward to.

Yes, the "low" 400hp of the T.

379hp is really more like 420-430hp based off of numerous dynos. Porsche almost always underrates.

Excellent that you're sticking to a minimalist build "Ethos_of_the_T". Highly recommend you drop the Ti bolts and add in RAS if you're trying hard to stay at the ~$125k price. One you can add aftermarket cheaper, the other is something not offered on the base and thus unique to the T.

Pick two, and only two, big ticket "Indulgence Options" for your T. By picking these 2, you cannot pick any of the others. Which do you choose:

Special Color (ie, Chalk or Python Green) $3,270
RS Spyder Wheels $2,540
Carrera Exclusive Wheels $2,630
Standard Carrera T Interior $2,410
Carbon Fiber Roof $3,890
Sport Design Front Fascia $3,240
Front Axle Lift $2,770
Rear Axle Steering $2,090

Which option over $2k did I miss that you would choose instead that isn't listed above?

I want special color, leather, Burmester, RAS, extended tank

How many ethos points do I lose with these options?
