For those I would think weight would not be an issue. But it terms of fit and finish, I guess beauty is in the eye of the beholder, as well as functionality.

Same for me.
S - like the R35 GT-R was when it came out: very capable, fully soulless.
GTS - just a "mini Turbo". Ideal car for "doing pulls on the highway"...not my cup of tea.
Base Carrera - nice engine, castrated everything else. The car doesn't even have a locking diff?!
T - pleasant base engine plus a potpourri of performance and experience enhancement options from the S/GTS, sprinkled with some special Porsche spices (for example, the noise above ~6300 rpm).

You are right, it does drive well. A family member had a 1.8 TDDI one. A lot of torque in a such a light car.
In my opinion, VW got a better car with the Golf V, all the good stuff from the Focus Mk1 but with a much better interior and some really nice engines too.

Wonder Whatever did happen to Carrera White? 🤔
Light conditions, photo-camera/phone sensor, your monitor sRGB or Adobe RGB calibration/gamut coverage.
Ice grey, depending on all of the above, appears to be: dirty white, chalk or a very "whitish" GT silver.

Actually, the correct name is "Carrara" white (like the famous marble). It's a metallic white.
Don't worry, together with "Burmester", it might be the most botched up name among the Porsche options.

Default T Interior

@Macboy Here are some interior shots that I posted before you requested them. Back seats is very subjective imo it's a question of need and use. I don't think they make a hell of a lot difference to the noise factor with or without. I also tinkered with red stitching and think it looks great, but I already have red stitching/ piping on my M2Cs and didn't want the same again, But I think the shark blue yellow combination is terrific as well. So is there no chance of you taking the new car up? Seems like it will be another to be added to the unsold inventory then? Best Devon Racer.

And the silver exhaust tips (I got them too).

Now, after the 1000 or so miles, curios what's your opinion will be about how the car sounds above 6500 rpm.

It’s been gone for so long. Leave it to the Germans to steal a worldwide known moniker from the Italian marbles. I remember seeing that color in the sun and it was beautiful.

Ah yes… Burmester Audiosysteme GmbH, sorry just showing off. My 082 is my pride and joy, never to forget how it’s spelled.

@Evo X
Simple answer, don’t get rear seats.
I got them and have regretted it ever since.
Even had a girl I was wooing dump me when she found out. Now if I have a date I take my 2013 VW Golf.
My confidence is shot😞
So it’s your choice but you have been warned.

I went with rear seats mostly because I paid for the Carrera T interior package with silver belts and wanted the backseats ti complete the look. I’ve had GT cars without rear seats and to me, those are the cars a backseat delete is made for. The T is a touring car and a backseat makes sense. Just my take on it.

interestingly I’ve had 2 potential buyers that shy away from it because of rear seat delete. I’m still loving it without and would def spec a T without, but it does seem limit the audience. Or I should say, if this is your only sports car then probably a good idea to have it?

Thanks for the feedback. This is how I currently have it specced. Could probably drop the leather sunvisors and cupholder to save $1,000.

Sport Design and Buckets look awesome but really start pushing the T away from being a value buy.

Anything obvious I’m missing?
