Sorry I am not very brilliant at these things so some are not loaded looking the right way? Interesting article in Porsche Post P Club Uk mag.
Fairly complimentary, but puts the GTS as the sweet spot.
Surprised by the "makes the T feel more like a car for high days and holidays - albeit short holidays with a minimum of driving . That the "T" is officially short for Touring should NOT convince you otherwise. Seems clearly at odds with owners on this thread who have driven their T's great distances with such gripes!

@Devon Racer Glad to hear your car is closer to being with you
I did receive three pictures of the car, the car was built on 18th September, I F12 sourced the pictures on the 30th September (I was checking daily at this time) I think they then appeared in my TYD around the 4th or 5th of October.

In my observation, arguments arise because it's difficult to discern the "sum-of-parts" differences between the variants from reading a spec sheet. It requires driving them to feel and understand how all the well thought out tweaks yield a different driving experiences, despite being similar cars. How one specs the car also makes a difference, as one can undo much of the intent of the model; especially true for the T.

There's no right or wrong Carrera. There's only the right Carrera for you. The GTS feels like a baby GT2 to me: 2WD, manual and not as heavy or supple as the Turbo, but still something I neither need or want. I come from NA aircooled cars and the T has the character of, and is the proper successor to, the older 911s that I love. Despite the ample power, it has linear delivery that still requires you to wring it out and the cabin noise can require earplugs (or noise insulating earbuds) if traveling more than 5hrs straight but otherwise feels raw and more akin to driving a large go kart than a luxury cruiser. If you want comfort and luxury, a base or S are more your ticket. If you want easy and instant access to power despite heavier weight, a GTS might be your thing. But if you want a visceral, raw, and engaging experience, the only Carrera that makes sense to me is the T. All of this without touching the fact that a stripper T like mine weighs 3,240 lbs while the typical S and GTS weigh north of 3,600 lbs. Different cars indeed. Best of all, should you pine for more power at any point in your ownership, you can always tune the car to near GTS power while still having a lighter, somewhat more visceral and raw car. For these reasons alone, and without taking costs into account, there is no better Carrera for someone with tastes and preferences similar to mine.

Can't wait to find out. If I can happily drive a D'Type from Roscoff in Brittany to Lyon non stop I fear not for a T !!!
Thanks Wilder. Best Devon Racer.
