ECNJ I think I had read that the company making those pulled out of that project. I was reading a couple of weeks ago on the ducktail thread and I thought that what was posted but I may be wrong. I am in the middle of a garage renovation so Its been crazy shuffling cars around so that they can knock it down. So there would be zero chance I could execute on it even if I could get one in time. I agree that it would look amazing on the car and will be a winter project if its an option.
I designed it with the body in the color of you choice and then the script in grey only because the T comes that way. You maybe correct on the design element of which I am not very good at since its not my field of expertise. There a lot of people that can take the design of what I did and have a local shop make a T shirt for you. Most charge a set up fee for the design work. Which isn't a big deal and I would encourage anyone to come up with different designs because the more options we have the better. You cannot have too many T Shirts!
You mentioned grey for script which I like. Looked white in your pic? Maybe it was Ice Grey Metallic? If I could get a white T-shirt with car outline in Black and script in Agate grey….perfect! Ha, just kidding on Agate grey but grey dark enough to stand out on a white T-shirt. I think the grey script would make it substantially better than having a white t-shirt with black car and black script. Hope this makes sense!
For the new T owners / orderers / etc. located NE US, we plan to meet in Bear Mountain on 9/9 (9/10 rain backup date). Although flooding issue there recently, should clear up by then. If not, alternate nearby location will be selected (lots of options in beautiful upstate NY!). Below is the list of attendees. Let us know if u plan on joining. Attendees-

Thanks and I appreciate you doing this!
For those who might want to design something...you can submit it to Blipshift (this is the one that I bought) Hipster III - An aircooled 993 p-car enthusiast shirt | blipshift and they might offer a shirt with your design. I have bought a couple of 993 shirts from them and the quality is exceptional.
thanks. Yeah I updated my prior post to include link to separate discussion thread also. I plan on posting general notice occasionally in this main thread in case new buyers, lurkers (I know you’re out there from PMs), etc. are visiting here.
Also, here’s the current list of attendees including folks from other thread. Up to 18 and growing!

Friendly FYI, but per my experience formerly getporscheparts, aka Porsche Silver Spring has better pricing as well as customer service. https://www.getporschesilverspringparts.com
Gaudin Porsche in Las Vegas typically has the best prices in the country. Their customer service is lackluster. https://www.gaudinporscheparts.com
To greggles991 Thanks, I have just got back from the GP. Did you get yours from Porsche Silverstone ? Can't wait mine should be arriving in the South West within the next two weeks???
Yep, Porsche Silverstone. Very happy with the service from them. Congrats on your car too.. that two weeks will go sloooowwwly!
November 15: deposit
Christmas: allocation
June 6th: car arrives at the dealer
July 1st: I picked it up and drove it 10mi to the shop for a few tweaks
Today, 8 months after I ordered it and a month after it arrived at the dealer, I finally get to drive it home... 600mi away
Work done:
- Paint correction and full PPF
- Ceramic
- Interior PPF on piano black trim and PCM screen
- 70% tint (heat rejection)
- Techart HAS
- Aftermarket wheels
- Agate-delete
At the shop making final height tweaks and then off to break her in.

I’m assuming the paint imperfections are not noticeable with the ppf?

Wow! That's some list. I'd like to know more about the interior PPF. Was it a different PPF, specifically designed for interiors? Did the shop apply in the car or did they remove the trim pieces first.
I'm considering this myself and just doing some recon.
