I played with my Launch Diagun IV with Porsche software V24.05
Under
DME \ Code/brush Hiding (whatever that means) \ Brush Hidden/Modified
there is
Activation of start-stop function : 0927
and if you enter that menu it shows.
message : Coded Items : Coding Value
information : Activation of start-stop function : Active
Init Value : Active
have not tried it yet. and I'm talking about 992 here.
information : Activation of start-stop function : Not Enabled Init Value : Not Enabled
yet, the Display on Porsche PCM didn't change, so I assumed nothing happened.
few days later, I was driving and forgot to deactivate Start/Stop, which I almost religiously do each time I start the engine.
but, when I came to a complete stop, the engine did not stop, and there was this amber start/stop disabled warning light on while the vehicle was not moving.
I thought this could be a fluke, so made sure the Aircondiitoner is off, and made another complete stop, and same thing. engine did not stop and the amber warning light came back on.
I think Launch Diagun disable the start/stop, just did not change the display on the PCM.

Thanks for the update. Can you check if there are any DTCs logged - like battery related ones? I tried that on PIWIS but given that *** is mentioned in over 40 modules I never managed to turn all of them off resulting in countless errors. There must be a way as by simply selecting SPORT mode it turns it off
Well that's the issue, we don't know what the links are and how they interact. Launch doesn't give you the level or detail that PIWIS does, but there are myriads of linked entries for *** in different modules.
Now that you've cleared the errors, let's see which ones come back. Keep in mind that *** is the Holy Grail for Vdub/Audi/Porsche as it's using this to say they gain another 1/10th of a yard per ounce of fuel and can use this for marketing/sales purposes. Following the Dieselgate they're careful in what they claim which is IMHO the reason why it's so complex to disable this nonsense, which 180 miles from the arctic circle, is imperative for me. I can disable it by putting it in Sport Mode but I would dearly love to NUKE that permanently.
Please let us know

PS Yes, there's supposed to be a temperature related disable, but do I trust that by 30 below? Right...
Temp control for *** is not an issue where you live. I would "guess" that "Data Bus Missing Message" is transient - it should either clear in "n" restarts or I don't think you'll affect anything clearing them to see if they reappear. What concerns me is the "Transport Mode Active". This should have been deactivated by the dealer or "normally" if they forget it should turn itself off after 50-80 miles and never come on again. Also it should never be set AFAIR for longer than 10 hours. If Transport Mode needs to be set for longer it should be repeated for another 10 hours. I would definitely keep an eye on this.
For the rest of the codes I would clear them as they look like transient codes and see if they come back.
If all codes had been cleared after disabling *** and these are new codes, I would take it in to the dealer. Here is a ATI from Porsche for Panamera
The listing you attached showed Transport Mode Active, yes among other things it's supposed to save on battery drain by not powering certain modules...like ***(?)
Good news is the Transport Mode has disappeared and what remains look like transient messages other than the window one. Does your window switch operate normally? If so declare victory. Now to find out what Launch did so we can see where in PIWIS this is buried
