My question would be legality in certains states given its open and easily accessible in the vehicle and amongst some law enforcement types that danger of just getting shot from an officer seeing it in the car and near me in hands reach. Officer training on many traffic stops is for another officer to shadow and stay in the rear 4-5 o clock position on the driver in the vehicle so having that mounted in my vehicle would give me pause on that note especially in some areas. Looks good tho...from a firearms standpoint. Nice piece of weaponry.
Point well taken!
Although I haven’t been stopped in 20+ years and its position is totally blocked by my leg, I would place both hands on the steering wheel and announce that I have a carry permit. I would present my license, carry permit. registration and insurance card. And ….. hope that the officer didn’t get coal in his stocking.

In Florida a CC permit isn't enough for how you have it installed in your car. White flag or not it would be the discretion of the officer to arrest and charge with open carry. If the holster you have there had a snap over it, then your chances improve because technically that is a "secure case". What's paradoxical is that if it were in a holster in your waistband and concealed you'd be ok with the CC permit. If it were me I would not risk it because the glove box is easy enough to get to in a small car like the 911. Again, this is in Florida so I don't know how the laws might be different in your State. What I AM confident in is I would check and satisfy yourself that you are within the law. Regardless of how nice you are if pulled over, some LEO's follow the letter and may cause issues for you.

I’m surprised that would be an issue in Florida. I checked into your point in Pennsylvania:
1/ You may NOT conceal carry a firearm on your person or in your car without a License to Carry Firearms.
2/ You may NOT transport a loaded firearm in your car without a License to Carry Firearms.
3/ You MAY conceal carry a firearm on your person or in a car with a License to Carry Firearms.
The above may apply but I will still check it out.
If stopped by a LEO and your firearm is in the glove box, in clear view, that would call for a different approach. In contrast, mine is obscured.
I picked up the new CTEK Lithium battery charger/tender as I had to finally put my ‘23 Turbo S Cab into winter storage…. Sadly, that and my ‘68 911 L are now patiently waiting for Spring to get back out on the road where they belong And, YES - that’s a GT40 on the last lift at the end of the garage (not mine, but it’s an incredible machine!)
