Yeah they get a little crazy with the cost for every little thing.... But so far built quality has been solid and the fit and finish is very nice.

Floor is RaceDeck smoked oak. I have gone through many different floors of theirs, black and white checker, light grey dark grey checker. Happy with all of them.

This is garage 3.0 for me. Wanted more of a studio look. Very happy with it. A few more details with lighting and the onto fresh paint to finish. Color in real life is closer to the 2nd picture. Lighting seems to vary the color in pics greatly.

How many square feet is your garage Jeff?
Mine looks similar in size.

my garage is a three car I only paid about $1850 for 610 square feet so about $3 per foot nitro floor
