Placement was the wrong word. Orientation would be the right word. Why not with the barrel facing down with the handle above and the netting and not ecumbered by it? Just saying.
Yea you’re right it’s definitely better barrel down in that netting, plus it lowers the center of gravity keeping with the cars ethos. 😎👍
FYI: The grips are made by Eagle Grips and the material is Kirinite in Toxic Green.
I picked up the new CTEK Lithium battery charger/tender as I had to finally put my ‘23 Turbo S Cab into winter storage…. Sadly, that and my ‘68 911 L are now patiently waiting for Spring to get back out on the road where they belong And, YES - that’s a GT40 on the last lift at the end of the garage (not mine, but it’s an incredible machine!)

Yup, it allowed us to get a total of 6 lifts in that space with enough room at the other end for an appropriately-sized man cave with a full bar, small kitchen, couches and an 85” TV which all should be be done in time for the NFL Playoffs 👍

IMO, that placement isnt ideal. Would be awkward to get to in a situation where seconds count. Maybe it's there just for the photo, just like the one with it on the passenger seat. Either way, cool piece, especially how the handle and etching go very well with the fabric seating.

Per the “experts”, paint correction not necessary if you are satisfied with the current condition of your paint. I was quite happy with my paint - new car with no swirls marks, scratches, chips or defects. I was also satisfied with its gloss level. I would have polished it if I thought it was needed.
Yep did the same for both my cars...were brand new and didn't have much issues paint wise to worry about and I was satisfied. So did the ceramics myself also. Two day process...day one prep and day two ceramic application. Easy to do especially the ceramic part...just watch a bunch of detailers do it (YouTube has plenty) and you'll get more than enough experience virtually. and be able to figure it out. Cheers.
