Porsche Cars UK, register cars during the PDI process at their central facility. My 992T was stuck in there, waiting for a truck out of Jail.

Independent Porsche dealers in the UK are still doing their own PDI and registration. However, I am buying from PCUK dealer.

Halifax for me. Completion is scheduled for 6/20 (on desktop) or 6/21 (on mobile). Not sure why the dates are different between devices. Past that everything is a range. The earliest possible ship for me to Halifax is Supreme Ace leaving Emden on 6/27. If I miss that, the next one will be Sunshine Ace leaving 7/14.

Sunshine Ace is docked inside the loop! That’s literally 18 minutes away from Porsche River Oaks, and no more that 45 minutes from West or North!

There should be 4 photos. In order, they are:
  • Paint Shop
  • Body Work (the one you posted)
  • Assembly

I also never got any emails. The three photos I got all showed up on TYD on the same day, though at different times.

Siem Cicero port arrival delayed 2 days to June 19. Maybe port congestion? It seems to be in position per original schedule?

At what step in the process you see these photos? mine went to step 4 this morning and the ETA for build complete is 6/21....would I see photos before step 5?

You should see Paint Shop photo sometime today. All photos when you get to step 5.

I felt this same emptiness when I received my M4 after tracking it for 8 months…

…the easiest solution is to order another one! Worked for me! 🤣

For me, the relevant parts of the timeline were:
  • 5/16 - 4 - Manufacturing started.
  • 5/22 - All three pictures appeared in TYD (I never got the fourth picture, nor any emails).
  • 5/23 - 5 - Manufacturing complete.
Edit: According to the photo EXIF info, the timestamps on the pictures, corrected to my local time to align with the above dates, are:
  • Paint Shop - 5/22 @ 5:00am
  • Body Work - 5/22 @ 6:21pm
  • Assembly - 5/22 @ 11:27pm
