Official waiting room for those with a new 992 on order --- come on in !!
I’ll be anxious to see if the TYD app will change the course of Siem Confucius from the northern path to its actual route.

Does anyone know if all of the “VWA” ships are the ones we’re potentially interested in?

FYI, my C4S is on the SFL Conductor, currently off the coast of Florida, heading to Houston. At no point did my TYD map change to follow the ship's actual route. The Conductor also went through the English Channel, not the North Sea route that TYD illustrated. Nor did it update the ship's position as the boat stopped in both Rhode Island and Baltimore. Didn't matter, I still check the ship's progress every hour on the hour. My fiancée now knows every Sea Lane from Germany to the US!

Burning Brakes
Has anyone’s TYD gotten stuck in the production phase (including only receiving some but not all 4 photos) but later you came to find out your 911 was going through all the steps (completing production, getting to the ship, etc.) and suddenly got news the car is coming to the dealer?
I think one person said it happened like that for them. TYD shows my GTS as stuck in the production phase with only 3 photos for almost a month. My dealer’s system also shows the same dates as TYD (that is, the planned dates were all pushed back over a month vs. the expected dates). Can’t imagine it’s part shortage because why would they build most of the car only to store it in the factory until a part arrives (especially with Porsche’s “just-in-time” method)? It can’t be labor shortage as other 911s have gone into and complete production since mine started. Never got the 4th photo either so presumably it didn’t run into an issue in quality control (and even if it did, does it really take a month + to fix? They built these in a couple days from scratch!).

There definitely seems to be a maintanence issue with the site.
My TYD has not updated for a week now.
Still shows 5/8 at emden entry and 5/9 emden exit
Going to Houston.
This is what my SC guy sent last week

Are you just looking at the Houston port schedule?

Yea the data you have from your dealer is wrong. Look at the arrival schedule posted above and you don't see a 6/2 arrival. You might have more clarity if you compare that to the data on vesselfinder.
SFL Conductor - left Emden 4-26, arrives Houston 5-17 - my car hadn't been built
Supreme Ace - left Emden 5-4, arrives Houston 5-22 - we just missed this ship by a few days
SIEM Confucius - left Emden 5-12, doesn't go to Houston
Sunshine Ace - could leave Emden around 5-26, arrives Houston 6-14 - this is your best bet
My dealer told me I'm leaving Emden on 5-26. TYD says 5-22 for me, arriving in Houston 6-14. I've been in Emden since 5-6 similar to you. I'll watch Sunshine Ace get to Halifax in a few days, then head to Emden to hopefully get my car.

Hence, the actual information on my end on TYD and on my SC will update Monday once PORSCHE gets out of maintanence.
Until then, its all speculation.
