Hi Gang, new to the forum, very excited to be here and waiting for my new C2 base scheduled for delivery at the end of the month. TYD shows it should've left Emden 2 days ago but still don't have any details about the vessel. Does this mean they missed loading it onto the planned ship or just that TYD is behind?
Checked chrome dev tools as suggested above, but still now vessel number in the "ident" field:
"type":"position","ident":"PortEmden","position":{"ident":"PortEmden","l at":"53.3367","lng":"7.17603"},"latestReportedEvent":"entryPortGermany "}

If your car is on a vessel, at this point your dealer can see it on their end, ask your SA. If they don't show a vessel assignment, you're still in Emden.
What has been everyone's experience on how long it take to get processed in Jacksonville and on the way to dealer? The boat dropped mine yesterday even though TYD hasn't updated.

I can't speak specifically to Jacksonville but for me in Benicia it took about 5 days from docking to at the dealer, caveat my dealer is only 175 miles from port.
Got an update. My car is on Glovis Superior due into Benecia on June 11th. Got an email from PECLA today with dates to schedule delivery. The earliest available is July 12th. Unfortunately we are on the east coast so won't be able to take delivery until middle/end of July.
So basically min 1 month from time vehicle arrives in the country to PECLA deliver. Or 3.5 months from the time my car arrived at the port in Emden. WOW!
Congrats, I’m on that boat also. That checks off one box that won’t be a reason for added delays. I haven’t been able to verify the sip using the F12 hack but hope it shows the boat number on there soon.
New to this, i am also on glovis superior ( I think )( .. what is this hack ?

Someone posted this a while back:
”Unless you have an unresponsive SA, none of this is really necessary (though have to admit, fun and very cool way to dig in). As soon as you are on a ship and your TYD completes step 8, your SA will have the ship info in their system and can send you a vessel finder tracking link.” (This is a copy-paste from the original post that I had in my personal notes. Don’t remember who was the original poster)

Sure, but while this is TECHNICALLY true, I will personally vouch for the significant part of my life over the 10 days that my Turbo S Cab took to travel from Emden to Baltimore that I spent obsessively refreshing the ship tracking app every 30 minutes to watch is slowly head west. My employer was thrilled with the plummeting level of productively at work and my wife was always happy to hear my regular updates on the ship’s progress .
