One question to all you ordering gurus… as I reconsider my options now, if I’m intentionally trying to target a late 2023/early 2024 delivery of a 992.2 (probably just a C4S this time, no more Targas for me), when would you folks suggest I should reorder? Thanks!

That is like trying to buy a stock at the bottom which is luck. Meaning, you should be trying to get an allocation/commitment now. I was at my dealer last week and they are conveying if I ordered today I would be out 2 years now and I have a very good relation with Dealer and a GTS hitting the Baltimore port in a couple days

Depending on how you build it. If you go with light weight package with Bucket seats and aerokit probably the GT3 on performance and speed alone.

I almost wish seeing all the GTS posts and watching the videos, I went with a GTS and loaded it up vs a gt3.

My GTS arrived at Emden Port today. Any idea how to figure out which boat it will go on or do I simply just wait for the TYD to update?

You would need a shipping schedule to determine the possible vessels. Ultimately you’ll just need to wait for TYD to update though.

Hard to predict. My car sat at the port for about a month.

CAVEAT: TYD seems to get even less accurate/consistent at this point in the pricess.

Ouch! I hope it won't be that long. Was your TYD date estimate totally off then, or did it end up being close to the delivery date it was showing in the TYD?
