That's odd. Why not wait for the parts back at the factory?
My GT3 entered production on 7/18, but the exit production date is 9/13 and the depart for Emden is 10/11 (just moved up from 10/26). Presumably, that car is also waiting for parts and/or CT assembly.
People have been having so much trouble with the lightweight glass in the cars that have them (which includes all GT3s), I wouldn't be surprised if the part they're waiting on is one of the windows. Might explain the lengthy delay (I have read that windshields, if that's it, are slow to obtain at the moment) and why it's at the local port, instead of back at the factory.
Anyway, all we can do is speculate and there's not much value in that, I guess. We'll get them when we get them.

Glass was my guess too.. it makes sense that it made it through the factory and probably developed a crack during the shipping process. I just wish they would provide a little more detail as to the wait instead of just keeping me in the dark and having my mind wander of all the potential issues it has.
