Awesome!!! Congrats!!! We are the same dealer, but mine is off the train at the compound. @llehctim17 how long did it take for you from the train to the dealer? TYD says it was supposed to arrive Aug18-24 and car still is not at the dealer yet. Fingers crossed
Thanks!! You should have it any day now I would think. Thorsens takes it from the railyard to the dealer, so maybe they were booked up? Mine left Halifax on the 14th and arrived at the dealer on the 23rd. TYD still doesn't show that it arrived. Dates on TYD were Aug 21-28. That system is the worst!
I'll probably end up taking delivery a few days after Labour day with the work thats getting done. At least its actually here so the wait is ok. Good luck when you get yours. I will say that I would have noticed yours on the lot if it were there. Love the colour. Would love to see it in person!

Ugh, that's annoying. You should have had it before me. I'm sure it'll show up this week. If it makes you feel better, I ordered mine in December 2021 so I'm pretty sure I waited longer than you.
My car has been sitting at Emden since end of July. I am in Northern California and if I look at shops leaving Emden it appears GLOVIS Star should be leaving in the next day or so and headed to Bencia.
How long after your vehicle is loaded does one get notified via TYD?
Anybody already get notified and on that ship?
Mine was notified pretty quickly, IIRC it was a few hours after the ship docked and a few hours before the ship left the port.
edit: I'm not on that ship, mine is on a different one that should be arriving in Benicia tomorrow.
Well everyone my car has arrived but I don’t officially pick up tell the end of the week due to the fact it is off to get tint and full body PPF. This group has been great while waiting for my turbo s. Here are a couple picks of it after getting off the truck at the dealership.
I don't see a place in My Profile to add it. On the "Account" tab in the My Porsche app (on iOS), I see 'My Profile', 'Messages', 'Contact & Help', 'Settings', 'My Garage', and 'Porsche Financial Services'. If I go to add the car to my garage, it wants proof of ownership, which I of course don't have since the car hasn't made it to the dealer yet let alone to me.
Just an FYI for future Porsche owners - I was able to add my vehicle without providing proof of ownership if I used a full browser to add my VIN to my.porsche.com. Using my mobile browser (Safari on iOS) wanted the proof of ownership documents.
Got my 2024 C2 GTS allocation back in August 2022 after being on "the list" for almost 1 year prior. Finally getting close to seeing this thing built, and taking delivery on October 17. Assuming no delays the total wait will be about 2 years from putting down a deposit! Almost forgot I had a car on order at this point

Curious how you're able to add with the VIN number? When I go to the website on my PC and try to add with a VIN it says invalid, I can only add with the order number.

I did it today and just used my VIN number. Aside from a activation number via text that's all I had to do. What TYD step are you on?
