Really? I was offered one at 165 over..... Haven't heard of many actually being offered.
I bet whoever is willing to pay a $150k ADM today can buy a GT3RS from at least 15-20 stealers.

your bet is solid, heard from several porsche guys about 150k being offered. Interesting part is it seems like the enthusiasts aren’t paying including me and friends. So who exactly is buying these cars at these adms?

The people where $150k is a rounding error, and don’t spend their time on RL.

The ADM will be below $100k after the next round of allocations is my prediction.

I just don't see how someone thinks the GT3RS is worth ~$400K, considering the other cars available for that money. Being an aero car, on the road, I don't think it's going to be all that special compared to other 911 GT cars (and may be too stiff), and on the track the car will be pretty epic, but not as fast (and safe) as say a 991 cup. At $230K, I think the car is worth it, but at $400K, hell no.

You're assuming people who are willing to pay a 150k ADM don't already have those "other cars" ...

I'm not assuming that, but I see your point. I'm not in that category, so I need to remind myself what that category is like.

funny enough, I decided to look on RL after a long hiatus...seems just like 07, 2010, 2016...

The RS, the GT3, and everything else they are making seems to be well oversubscribed. As always, we have the 'hope' that we will get a certain amount of initial allocations, but it's always less. I do not see this changing anytime soon, so we might as well enjoy what we have in the garage, or find suitable alternatives.

Drive it like you stole it got it at msrp, have fun, don't check RL so often

If you got the GT3 at good price. Ie first drop - msrp or 15/20k over and the build was 200k / trade in at market value say 265k retail. With a 100k ADM the current ADM would be workable in my eyes. That’s 35k Now if you start clicking up a storm and build a car at 300k you might get hurt but a nice spec at 260-265k / 300k would not be that bad 🤷🏼‍♂️
just my 2 cents

Joined RL today to get in on this thread action.

Being a die hard Mopar guy at heart and having owned a few Vipers including a 17 GTSR there's not enough words to describe what sort of road manners and neck breaking ability a high downforce vehicle has. The ACR Viper can literally be felt being pushed into the road and the Drag impact on the top speed is significantly felt. The Viper is a very violent car that many wouldn't have the ***** or skill to push as it's such a raw race car that literally leaves you mentally rattled and sweating from the harmonics, heat, and constant needs for connection through the 6 speed.

Getting my first 992 Turbo S allocation and having owned 2 of them now I can say the GT3RS allocation I personally am anxiously awaiting will be the absolutely perfect vehicle to embrace the refined engagement of a purpose built machine, while being in a much more comfortable platform. The level of aggressiveness offered in the new GT3RS and overall ability has converted someone like me who has appreciated design and style mixed with maxed out abilities to perform on the street and the strip.

I'd like to see more crossover like cars that the GT3RS that have a certain level of shock and awe for the market to create new interest in the brand.

I personally don't care of the ADM or what it is as I only paid $20k adm for my Turbo S. The GT3RS in its new form will be a must have for me and will be driven with purpose and not to flip or let dry rot in a collection.
