There are guys in here who have paid $50k but that was specific to them and their relationship. I am speaking to available allocations that were offered publicly without a relationship. The one mentioned above @ $92k and $97k is the first that's been posted in here below $100k not to a specific buyer

Where? On a racetrack, the GT4 RS is a decade behind and is positioned between a 997 GT3 RS and a 991 GT3 in terms of performance. So not really high performance, but fun. On the country road, public roads, it doesn't fit at all.
For me (I'm quite experienced), the 991.3 GT3RS is the most perfect, almost the fastest and most robust car on a race track (almost too easy), the 992GT3RS is the ultimate car ( the interior ambience is no longer nice for me though), but I'd like to see real amateur drivers who are faster with it than in the 991.3 GT3RS, that's very complex. I race professionally and driving the 992GT3RS at the limit is very difficult. I still have the most fun with the 997, but only as a sideline, because it challenges you and the Mezger engine was a poem.
Away from the racetrack on public roads, there is currently nothing for me that beats the Spyder RS, the car with the greatest driving pleasure on public roads with the simply perfect chassis/suspension and the brilliant racing engine and the sound of the air intakes on the ear. Unbelievable.
Just my opinion and experience.

I still have a changeable slot for 110k over MSRP. July/August delivery.

Mine was $100k over WITH a watch included. Didn't really want the watch but will take it. $88k ADM plus $12k watch is how they listed it on the contract since they get credit for a technical watch sale. June 23rd delivery with no prior relationship.

Of course they have because most likely they were asking for $150k+ and there were no bites so now they want to move them hence why their ADMs are coming down to around $100k. Not paying $400k+ for a GT3RS since I'll only drive it to the track, on the track, and back home from the track because I only do like 7-8 track days a year nowadays. I'm now actively looking at Speciales and Pistas and scratch that itch before the .2GT3RS comes out.

Wouldn’t the same dilemma apply for the .2 variant?

I think you are spot on. I was originally told $150k over the end of October / beginning of November and I politely declined. Approximately 30 days later they called me and said they'd do $100k over.

GM at my MSRP dealer told me that I'd get a .2GT3RS when I picked up my GT4RS last year and they've always honest with me so we shall see and in the meanwhile I scratch my Ferrari itch. The reality is that a GT3RS doesn't have the big want factor for me like it did when I tracked 20-30 days a year plus I LOVE my GT4RS so no way am I paying any ADM for any new Porsche.
