GT3RS Allocation Thread
#2986
Any consolation to no recent allocations as delays seem to be the rule not the exception. So even if you did get an allocation, it may be 10-12 months before you see it.
My PTS Oslo, allocated in July, supposed to be built in Nov/Dec, finally departed Emden today.
Apparently those side veins have rudder capability!
RS floats!

Waiting and waiting
Nice to see some builds going forward. Mine is now set for end of May production start. We can only hope. In the meantime I made a trip to Home Depot with my truck to pick up some plywood. What I was really after of course was to recreate GT3RS like downforce to alleviate my long waiting time. I am pretty sure it got to 0.409 kg at 45mph.

Just got offered a spec your own GT3RS allocation for 97k over if you live in SoCal or 92k over if you live in NorCal. Includes the fancy GT3RS Porsche watch if anyone wants it. I’m going to keep my 4RS instead.

That’s actually not a terrible deal (not good but not terrible). The watch is what- 13k? For California pretty good.
