What new info are you looking for? There are new allocations avail through brokers. There was a recent post from a broker of brokers that mentioned they had 49 3rs allocations at $175k adm iirc. Is that the info you're looking for?

I can only speak for myself but personally I've spent the last 6 years developing and maintaining relationships with contacts at dealerships around the country. Over the years I've brought them many legit buyers for their allocations so they tend to offer me better pricing and let me know what allocations the have available.

No one really has time for tire kickers, and brokers are anything but.

Your statement, if true makes a depressing situation even more depressing. Don’t you think sales people are enough middleman? Maybe we could set up a brokerage house that could take a fee to set you up with a broker who can take a fee to set you up with a dealership who can handle over to a sales person that will take a commission (fee) to sell you a car. There you go. One more middleman.
Maybe ultra rich people of which I’m sure we have many of that type here, could pay an annual fee to be a member of the brokerage house who could then charge your fee to connect you with a broker who could charge your fee to connect you with a dealership that has the car you want and can connect you with the sales person who will charge you a commission to buy the car. Now we’re getting creative. And of course you still have to pay the ADM on the GT3 RS and other desirable Porsche cars not easy to get.

I’d love to know who they are so I could avoid them like the plague. Car dealerships are set up to and have always been set up to handle individual shoppers and some of these shoppers are tire kickers. Although I suspect there are less tire kickers in the Porsche world then lets say the Toyota world, but who knows. Either way you’re saying dealerships want the end user to pay even more or at the very least don’t care because brokers take a fee. I think I’ll give my two dealerships a call today and ask them if your statement is true at least with them. I’m very good friends with the general managers of both of them. The brokers thing never came up with either place. Of course that doesn’t mean it doesn’t happen at these dealerships. It just means I’m not aware of it.

Had more dealers understood the flat out ability to have a human conversation and not prejudge then maybe they could eliminate some of their own self inflicted nonsense.

Just because a dealership advised a broker it had an allocation available doesn't mean the allocation isn't available to anyone who directly contacts the dealership. The broker is one source and not the exclusive source.

I can assure you this is absolutely not accurate as it pertains to the majority of Dealer Principals, and I’m pretty certain my sample size is significantly larger than yours, as I am a Dealer Principal
