My 2023 that was pushed to a 24 arrived this week. I suspect we see the delayed cars all starting to arrive at a faster cadence soon.

I hadn't seen the pyro red wheels in person before. Pictures I had seen didn't really capture the color. This is closer but still better in person. Really happy I chose them.

Looks fantastic, maybe the best I’ve seen!

So the question is, do pads, brake lines, and fluid fix the problem or does a full rotor upgrade need to be done?
I'm sure different fluid and pads and maybe brake lines in that order will be fine but these are not 30-40min per session type cars.

stock:
The pista overheats the tires
the mclarens overheat the cooling system
the ford GT overheats the brake pads
the new 3RS overheats the driver
the GT4RS causes hearing loss
mustangs kill people on sidewalks
hellcats sideswipe onlookers

You forgot....BWM M cars go into limp mode after a few hot laps. I guess it's pick your poison.

Good thing SD has those 15-20 minute sessions.

Sorry to hear the process has been delayed. That’s frustrating when you’re waiting for something so highly anticipated, but it will be amazing when it eventually arrives!

Thanks - and I am really looking forward to the car, The journey in this case is the journey. As for the data, it is a screen shot from my SA from within the tracking system they have access too. Breaks down everything pre and post once the order/commission number is generated. There are also comments along the way that the SA can click into sometimes for more info. Sometimes the comments are helpful but usually just processing info.

This has been a pretty drawn out process but I’m certainly learning a lot that will be advantageous in the future.
Update: Manufacturing starting today 9/26, should be complete 10/5, at dealer by 11/2. Let's see how much all of that changes. Wild that my order was confirmed all the way back in december '22.

I looked at my calendar twice. LOL. I hope there is no delays ! My touring was slated for step 4 on 9/5 but it got moved to 9/13. Oddly, behind the scenes didn't update from V250 to V260 until today.

Hey guys - I'm trying to find an allocation slot on an RS and obviously, it's like finding a needle in a haystack...I have one dealer that's happy to give me one (non-PTS) if I trade in my 992 GT3 and pay $120K over MSRP. I'm of the mind that this is insane but want to gut-check it here. Thoughts?

What are your goals? It’s a big price difference for a car which is faster by only about 1 sec per minute on the track for a good driver.

The better part of a 200k spread then? No disagreement with your take.
