If you are very fortunate like me to own one you have to try it on track. I mean from a design and philosophy perspective it may not have been made for track but it is a very much a trackable car. In order to truly see what this car can do without breaking many laws you have to drive it on track. Its fantastic on the road but even with shorter gear ratios you cant really push the car without breaking speed limits.
The turn in and grip are outrageous even on Pirelli P Zeros but I will be putting Cup 2 R on mine to see what the difference will be. Its not as ''twitchy'' on steering as the GT3RS but just as precise the suspension in stiff mode eliminates almost all the roll. The manual gearbox makes it a pure delight to drive on track especially heel-toe with that light fly wheel is tricky but when you nail it it just feels amazing. The clutch is just the right amount of stiff in my opinion. I know it has autoblip but for me just takes out all the fun of having a manual and trying to manually rev match. The noise and the sounds are on another level the car wants to be driven it sings between 6-9k rpm and just wants to stay there. I will certainly be taking it on as many track days as I can get away with. If there is anything you want to know happy to answer if I can.

But it's too bumpy and jerky. Reminds me, seems like I haven't chipped a nail yet on my 3RS. Logged 200miles since yesterday morning so at 700miles in after a ten day dry spell in Turks and Caicos. Hopefully your nails are holding up too! They look good in the pastel. 🔥
I love mine. 10k miles. Owned it since I spec'd it. Tracked a lot - it's a beast on track.
I know its Porsche forum but man is that a thing of beaty. I kind of wish I had got into a McLaren a bit more. Having said that looking to get a 675LT or 600LT or 765LT however I got a spanner in the works there is an amazing 991.2 GT2RS came up and now I cant decide what to do. The most first world problem ever

if roads are really bad, yes.
I am lucky. where I drive are not too bad.
Pickup day in Zuffenhausen for my first ED. Managed to put 350KMs on the odometer on my way to Switzerland. Need more time to get used to the clutch in first gear. It can be tricky. Need to avoid steep hill starts at all costs…LOL
Lol. See this is how I feel about the heritage design. The Chalk XXX interior goes incredibly well with the exterior. Light color interiors truly make a car feel more refined.
