It’s going to be many long sleepless nights….the last time I was this excited about a Porsche was delivery of the 996 GT3 in 2004.

My question was what is a fair adm if 250 is way over the top. What are non 918 people paying. I did 40 for my touring pts with same dealer

i think the current deal they have offered you is literally insane. You are paying 350k in just adm? Hard to see many people paying 350k in adm for any car for that matter.

My dealer was offered 150k over for their ST allocation from a long distance buyer and they turned it down. At least thats what the GM said when I asked him.

So they want $250k ADM AND your PTS Touring? Ummmm, tell them to go pound sand.

how many 911Rs changed hands at $500k plus? Those sales carry 300K+ premiums, right?

Definitely agree. I think the R values will actually add to the S/T value, leapfrogging the R by 140%-160%. Meaning, if the R is $500, S/T will be $700-$900.... Will be fun...

The thoughts of the ST selling for even 600k is a joke. The level of car attainable at 700-900k dwarfs the ST.

For 700k I'd rather have a Carrera 2.7 RS as a collector.... then spend the other 200k on dare I say it... another Viper 😆.

@Neuro 100k and your touring at what you paid is what I would present.

No way that will fly. I can’t see any non-VIP cars going for only $100k over. Crazy world

No way the S/T values go above 997.2 GT3RS 4L values, the whole 997 GT3RS market right now is on fire and for good reason (less of them than S/Ts in the US). I think the S/T will trade below the 991R which will trade below the 997.2 GT3RS 4L.

According to Jason Camissa, the S/T "engine revs like the CGT's V10, but sounds way better." The S/T will not be a $1M+ car but I do think it will surpass the 911R and possibly the RS 4.0, if it does end up being the last of the great ones before the hybrid/EV era.
