I reached out to this Anthony Dokic fella on FB back when I was considering selling my 991.2 GT3 at the time. I respectfully asked him for an opinion of value. He never responded. In these modern technological times, it is a choice not to respond. In sales it costs nothing to respond. You always...always....always return contact regardless of whether or not you think it's worth your time. You never know where a courteous reply may lead you to.

Yes it was and we need to do that again, those were the good old days. I need to find a 3-day event or a 1-day and 2-day event back-to-back in order to ship the GT4RS out to COTA and run it back.

 

Nor sure if anyone can check the carfax on this one but if it is clean it would be the lowest priced car we have seen that was not a PECLA car and has a clean Carfax. This looks like an earlier car so the warranty is fading. I have seen some cars go for $20-25K over on a 2022, but those were auctions. As far as listed cars this is the lowest, but unsure on if there are any other issues on Carfax. Not implying any type of pattern as I know people tend to think that is what people do, this is just one car and a data point. This one seems to be well optioned as well, $202K sticker.

it is a forced lease… you need to add the interest on the lease to the asking price to get to the true ask… it’s much more than the 230k listed

 

Just DMed with a SA I talk to periodically. 3RS PTS allocation available for September/October delivery, $140k ADM. Can go to any state except Montana.

They’re expecting a wire tomorrow, so most likely gone. It is a June build, MY2024.

Store offered me a 3RS slot for $125, said it could be MT LLC. I was considering trading my 4RS towards it...decided to just keep that for now lol. New 4RS slot can be had for like $35-40, even if you want PTS. Really puts things in perspective about how crazy things have gotten.

 

Interesting so it's dealer by dealer decisions on if they allow the buyer to be a MT LLC. Where is your dealer located?

 

it’s actually more a problem for dealers to allow MT LLC because they are technically selling to out of state buyer. If a dealer sells more than 50% of their allocated cars to out of market buyers then they get dinged in future allocations (at least this is what 2 separate GMs told me).
