Again - all dealerships are in it for the money. The only reason they will give someone a MSRP allocation on GT cars is because they are making the money one way or another.
There is no nice guy dealership. Some will offer lower ADM's than others based on markets but the bigger picture remains the same.

That being said, that color and interior is absolutely amazing. SO COOL and manual, epic

to me, a stealership treats their long time customers the same way as a nobody. ADM to everyone regardless of purchase history.

of course they want to make money, it’s not a charity

I must say that I find it pretty ironic that my dealership gets called a stealership for selling a customer built GT3RS for $100,000 over
and yet Porsche of North Houston is repeatedly promoted here as the "good guy, no bs" dealership that values their long-term clients with a dealer spec GT3RS offered at $200,000 over.

I find it ironic you let other RLers live rent free in your head even after a 1 month hiatus

Give it up man. No reason to reach into the cookie jar again

I really dislike this ‘stealership’ term. They’re trying to make money like the rest of us, and they generally aren’t breaking any laws doing it. Loyalty or non-loyalty to a particular set of customers is a business decision, not a matter of ethics. Their pricing and tactics are being driven by us prospective buyers bidding against each other.

Exactly, that is the definitely of a stealership....they treat their good customers the same as John Doe off the street for the first time. Dealers should take care of their good customers. Of course dealers are in it to make money but there are different ways to go about doing that, the short game and the long game.

Do you know for a fact that the GT3RS was a dealer spec'ed new car? Or is it a used car for sale? Because I believe that it is the latter.

I know putting his hand in the cookie jam will be hard because old habits die hard. Should we come up with a ban pool for DD to see how long before we gets another vacation from RL?

Curious to see if those very naysayers would be willing to offload their real estate at "reasonable prices" during an inflated market.

Why do people keep comparing cars to real estate? It's apples and oranges. But for your information, some sellers do accept 2nd/3rd highest offers because those 2nd/3rd highest buyers are stronger than the top buyers and can close fast because they are all cash. Buying all cash with cars doesn't get you any kind of discount as dealers prefer if the the car purchases are financed through them.

Its not really that hard, a simple tale of market demand.

That's pretty funny!

Especially given all the posts by you and others here still "talking" about me 3 weeks after my suspension.

Rent free eh?
