My PTS 2022 doesn't have that sticker but my PTS GT4RS has a GT4RS sticker, go figure.

992 TTS wasn't an allocation, it's a 2021 CPO that's a really nice build (to my eyes) that was priced to sell with 2k miles, so I grabbed it. Paid $236k, building the same car today is $263k MSRP.

According to the tracking, my build will freeze at the end of this month and the car will be delivered at the end of July. That seems fast!

Porsche San Diego just got two awesome PTS GT3’s. They are new and both come with Manthey Racing Kit and Manthey Wheel Upgrade. Also all original parts and wheels come with it as well. Just thought I share. Viola $370 and Ipanema $372

That Viola is sweeeeeet 😊😉😎

What’s in the Manthey racing kit? And what does that cost?

The Manthey performance kit for the Porsche 911 GT3 (992) consists of:

Manthey 4-way adjustable suspension kit

Manthey OM-1 lightweight rim set

Manthey brake upgrade kit
  • Braided brake line set
  • Brake pad set
Manthey aerodynamic package
  • Front lip/front splitter
  • Flics
  • Rear diffusor
  • Carbon rear wing, including side plates
  • Aerodiscs for the rear axle (these only fit the Manthey OM-1 rims)
Pretty sure its like 40k.

I don’t see the point. The car is already dialed in by Porsche and very fast, and it’s not a race car.

Could achieve more lap time gain simply by using Cup 2R instead of Cup 2, and the car is still drivable on the road.

I saw these two cars at Porsche San Diego yesterday in person. They have the Manthey kit that they add at the dealer with a $85,000 cost and a $50,000 premium above msrp on both cars. Personally I think the wheel hubcap looking thing on the back wheeks ruins the look of the car and I don’t see the exterior upgrades- little fins here and there, are worth $85,000.

the Ipanema metallic does look beautiful - changes color as the light hits the paint. I would have preferred the car without that silly Manthey add on kit.

One disadvantage of the GT3 is that a sunroof is not available.

For me, all three of those need to work as track cars. The 991 GT3 does, and I'm sure the 992 GT3 will also. Based on reviews, I expect that the 992 TTS will be on good on track, and I'll have the opportunity to try it soon.
If you opt for the manual in the 992 I can guarantee you will crave seat time. The 991 GT3s are incredible cars but the differences and the feels in the 992 are so obvious, the front end is god-tier

Maybe, I dunno. Lately, I'm appreciating slower cars for driving on the road.

The wheels kind of made the kit a bit too pricey. If I recall the kit is only $55k, but the light weight wheels are about $17k, Labor about $10k. $82k. Open to offers though . Also had someone back out on a 4RS in Fire Red if interested.

Hey Andrew. Possible to post some pics of both cars? We would all love to see. Thanks!
