This ^. Our local dealer has me on the list, I'm way way up but I'm on it. I was also told that I'll be put ahead of anyone out of state, never been to the dealer, never uses their service etc. So it seems like from this thread I'm actually pretty lucky that it's "only" $20k currently. So people are on the list ahead of me that once they get more allocations and go through the list, I'll get priority over them because I'm local, went and spent time speaking to my dealer and they have serviced my GT3 prior and this isn't my very first time just walking in.

For me or someone else? I'm not stressing over it. Plenty of other great Porsche's second hand if it doesn't happen.

Norwell - $216k MSRP, $320k ask. Of course there's always the chance the spec includes a 718 Spyder to go along with the GT3 but I can't see a build sheet to confirm.

So much for PCNA not allowing markups out in the open. 125 ADM

Not only that. They directly told you 100k or more. Ridiculous.

PCNA does not discourage this practice.

Wouldn't that be added to the supplemental "dealer added options window stickers", along with the listing for pin striping, and undercoating?

In a case like this, do banks accept that in a loan? Or the insurance companies as agreed value? I never paid mark up, and I have no intention to, but it's curious.

Most banks seem to only do a maximum of 120% loan to value ratio so someone would just have to pay cash for the amount above 120% of MSRP.

The two times I’ve paid ADM with Porsche, it is due straight to the dealer in cash or check. It is also taxed, which adds a extra bit of insult as well.
