A place to discuss all things ADM

Are you sure your dealer is going to be cool with you giving this allocation to someone else vs them having that opportunity? Many dealers will not allow this.
Also - just state the ask (if you can “give” it to someone else). If many people want it they can start a bidding war.

Money does talk so why would they want you to give the allocation to someone else for a profit if they can do it themselves? That’s my point.

well I was trying to make someone happy with it (and obviously make money) and who said they would need to know anything about paying me for the allocation?

Dealers have an agreement with you to sell you that car - they don’t have to automatically sell it to me because you said so… and they probably won’t because they know these command a massive premium right now. Unless, of course, you already agreed to pay a very large ADM and also have a large deposit with them - they might not care then I guess.
Anyway, good luck with the sale. I’m sure you can find someone but I would make sure everyone is on the same page if I were you.

it is literally and legally not yours to give until the sales contract is completed. Porsche sells it to the dealer wholesale and the dealer sells it to you. If you **** with the dealer before you pay them and complete the sale, then they can absolutely sell it to someone else.

Only works if you end up buying the car first - then they don’t need to know. But then there is obviously a tax issue for you.

Go for it buddy! We dont have problem with you using the car as intended. Selling a car thats technically not yours yet for a profit is a low move. Also no need to flex that you couldve got a svj. Makes you look weak.

If I didnt have a way of getting the car to someone else I wouldnt be posting it here bud. Just because you dont know how it would work or how it would be done doesnt mean it cant work. You sound like the porsche police loll weewooweewoo. “Low move” loll who do you think you are to tell anyone their moves are low or not. You sound like a hater bud. And as for the “weak” part you have no authority of judging anyone behind ur computer screen mr keyboard warrior. no one is flexing here, its a car website where people talk about cars and options they have. (Dont see why I would want to flex here where no one knows eachother, doesnt even make sense) Im also positive your judgmental characteristic is absent in person face 2 face.
