there’s no indication those models will be built at 2021,2022 run rates as opposed to the remaining v200 allocations which have been delayed to logistical issues. We won’t know until December. It’s very unlikely large numbers of gt3 will be built next year. Possible but so far evidence free dreaming. It would be a first for any gt3 production run in Porsche’s history.
you’re also confusing model year and calendar year. The internal MY 2024 list are cars built after July 2023. There’s no indication any gt3 will be built in CY 2024.
what we do know is that dealers already got all their regular MY 2023 allocations and these were about 40% less than expected. There aren’t any more MY 2023 allocations. So basically you either already have one, bid adm on one a dealer held back, or you just aren’t getting a new car.

nope. Sold at 223k. Premium over MSRP is getting smaller every day.

This is the lowest I have seen any 992 GT3 sell for, regardless of MSRP. It is also a touring 6-speed which brings the highest premium. Even looking at it relative to MSRP, this is the lowest I have seen a 6-speed touring go for, at $55K over. I think all this means is that poorly optioned cars that have been listed all full premiums will begin to sell lower as they should. I think forum members here from what I have seen if they care about pricing, they don't have much to worry about because their cars are optioned very well. The 6-speed tourings I have seen in this thread are very well done and I think would still capture a premium over this car . However, miles driven still seems to reduce the value, so not sure anyone who has these cars even cares that much about value if they care to enjoy their cars. I do think that this type of auction would impact the value of poorly optioned cars, like that PDK touring that had blue interior, which did not sell for $47K over, I think that is looking like a mistake for not letting it go.

This is starting to get creepy. And the back and forth is boring AF.

Doesn't anyone have a recent broker list of ADM asks?

Are you serious?

There's a clown here that Trolls anyone that paid an ADM and has posted that he has no interest in buying a 992 GT3, not even at MSRP.
This same clown has been a broken clock for the past year. And yet, when someone casually asks what he's currently driving, he says "It's none of your business"

Why would anyone here have a broker list of ADM asks?

The only posters here without a 992 GT3 arent even in the market for the car.
They have no genuine interest. They're only here to troll others that actually own the car . . . or for "therapy" reasons.... rationalizing why they'll never own one.

Guys get contacted by the brokers all the time myself included, but I have no recent data points to share. Maybe others do?

I'm not saying that someone new to Porsche will get the treatment like I've gotten but you gotta start somewhere and people thinking that they'll get a GT car without any kind of relationship, including buying non-GT cars regularly, are not being reasonable. Maybe I've lost $10s K on the trade-ins but I've saved $100s K on not having to pay ADMs on GT cars over the years and the best part is that I don't have to beg for allocations because after the big whales are taken care then I get the call/text as I let my dealer know which GT cars I really want (I skip the numbered cars because I know they'll go to the top clients because there won't be enough to go around). I can't have it both ways where I get GT cars at MSRP and then sell them privately for full market, it's only fair to give the car back to them since they gave me the car at MSRP when the market has been $50k-$100k over at the time of the allocation. Between the ADM savings on my Touring and incoming GT4RS (call it $75k over each), I bought a Taycan GTS with those ADM savings.

While I had a 930 for 15 years before jumping in a GT4, I managed to get a GT4 for MSRP in the bay area as my first new Porsche purchase. This should still be possible!
