Another BaT member brought up that this user has a ton of bids in the past day without any history. Looks like an account created today too.

Currently has made 13 outstanding bids and 1 win. Could be real, but most likely a troll. The last real bid was for around 232k from an established account which would be still 42k over msrp which would be decent but nowhere near the 80-100k ADMs that most sellers/flippers are seeking.

 

Seems like a very dangerous game to play for a troll. BaT charges you the buyers fee at the point of bid, and I would be surprised if it was at all easy to dispute the charge.

i dont think its a troll (who would troll for the seller you dont know. The seller can pull off reserve at any time and have you on a hook for $5000 + car price). Possibility is shill bidding by sellers friend but this can happen to any auctions. Bat discharged one auction with possible shill bidding (R34 GTR).

 

When will 992 gt3 be available at msrp? I think next year.

Business model is buying on BAT at a marked up premium to then sell to the public? huh?

in 2016 I paid 10k to Porsche of Princeton for a gt4 allocation(lovely build), earlier this year they sent me an email asking 125K ADM for the gt4RS allocation. I read from a few publication Porsche intends on building 7000 gt4rs. I imagine that toward thee end of the 7000k number ADM will be zero, now the question is will they build gt4rs in MY 25(i am guessing yes) As far as the GT3 for MY 23 100% yes. than they will skip model year 24 when the 992.2 roll out and start making gt3 992.2 for MY 25 and 26 before the change over in MY 27(?). If Porsche intends on building 7k gt4rs how many gt3 992.2 RS will they build? If its 7k than how many GT3 will get build 11k for 992.1 maybe 12K for 992.2? we will find out but yes GT3 at MSRP should be in the future if production runs high. The trend in make more GT products to fill demand.

 

Unless there are supply chain constraints they'll build more 992.1 GT3RSs than 991.2 GT3RSs.

 

I think that would depend on whether or not Germany can keep the lights on.

As of this month, they're gonna be heading into winter with only 2.5 months of nat-gas supply in storage.
And it doesnt sound like Nord stream 1 will be turned back on (at capacity) anytime soon.
It's now being used as a bargaining chip vs sanctions ... which I dont believe will be
eased by the EU. - - - In the meantime, the EU members have agreed to a
voluntary 15% nat-gas cut from August to March.
