My dealer says they'll get some by late this summer.

Slate Grey (The darker one) for a GTS would be great. That's what I was thinking I'd go for if I ever order one.

You don't call that a bunch of lighter bits? Besides 50 more HP than a 17' GTS yes it just has a few extra light bits for what is now triple or more the price.
In all fairness - it has GT3 suspension, 6 speed manual and the 4.0 - whose character can't necessarily be fairly reduced down to just an HP bump. The car also has a raw character and is less isolating. It's a legitimately special car. Powertrain is designed to be run at high levels for a long time. It's a different animal and it's worth the asking price, for sure.

Is it worth $500k? Only in a speculative sense.

Very (un)creative and more cheese. Is it just me?

Poor lad drives all that way because?? The girl?? Nooooo ... the drive. Maybe the girl??

Show us raw driving footage. Save the wanna be mini plot for Netflix.

You just don't like the license plate.......

I actually don't mind the commercial a bit.... to me, it's better than most.

License plate is a nice touch. I like the raw driving videos. No music or plot.

So....I have decided to cancel my recent C4S order and switch it to a GTS. The price difference is only a few thousand for a similarly spec'd GTS 2 and about $7,500 more for a GTS 4 (in canadian dollars). It appears as though the 0-100 time is marginally faster with the GTS 4 but the 0-160 time is faster in the GTS 2. The differences are minor and I would never be able to really appreciate that difference but I am just looking to differentiate the 2 cars to help decide which to choose. I had also considered winter driving and therefore was looking at the GTS 4 but realistically I will not likely drive it in the winter.

Any thoughts/advice regarding whether to go for the GTS 2 or 4?

If you don't plan on winter driving, do the 2

I live in canada as well. Get a 2 if you aren't driving in the winter.

Wink

I have pulled the trigger...changed my C4s order to a rwd GTS. Hope I've done the right thing?

Sapphire blue
Red/black leather
PDK
Plenty of other bits

Hoping for an April delivery instead of the March C4s. Trading in a 991 4GTS (don't hate me, only ever a stop gap whilst new build)

Can't wait

If you're wondering....it came in £100 cheaper than my c4s build too.

Oh, I forgot.....took a gamble and added rear steering too. Not that I have tried it, or ever driven a rwd porsche come to think of it!!!!! I'm sure it'll be fine.

A nicely optioned GTS 4 Coupe for me is right at $159K. This is absurd since for a small % more I could purchase a TT, or a (very) lightly optioned TT-S.

Porsche have lost their mind.

I'd like a Turbo but in UK the turbo starts at £30k more than gts. Too much extra for me
