Must be an error. I think they make these mistakes with more expensive prices, so when they finally correct them you look like you're getting a deal

My stab at a personal Targa GTS build would be $170k, so the same price as a lightly equipped TT. And actually while the number is astounding at first the relative price isn't surprising. All of Porsche's prices are pretty up there right now and the march upward certainly doesn't seem to be slowing. We'll see how the economy does.
I hadn't though about it til now but I would really scratch my head over the idea of an alcantara interior together with an open top.

991.2 Porsche site says 3.8 litre twin-turbo!
Is this an ERROR on the Porsche USA web site. It states the 991.2 GTS is a 3.8 litre twin-turbo. I think it's a 3.0, right?

Yes, the 1995 Porsche 911 (993) was considerably less expensive than the 1994 911 (964) while improving performance and many other aspects of the car.
