these new 911 are beautiful.. Can't wait till june, have a C4S coming for PEC delivery. I'll be sure to share some pictures/impressions of the experience

Your build is similar to mine. I almost went with Sapphire, but I wasn't sure how it would look with the Bordeaux/Black interior. Your's looks great.

 

I set one of the MyScreen displays to show 8 commonly phoned contacts. I understand that using Apple Car Play changes them all to No Phone, but sometimes they just disappear when I use the phone via Bluetooth and need to be reprogrammed.

 

I've had good success using the voice activated button on the light stalk with my iPhone plugged in.

Congrats to everyone who has received or is receiving their new 911's. My new 991.2 S is on a truck from Halifax to Toronto as we speak. Here are the options:

Graphite blue metallic, PDK, Sport package, LED headlights in black, electric glass tilt sunroof, entry and drive, sport designs mirrors (lower trim painted in high gloss black),PASM, Carrera S wheels painted in high gloss black, adaptive sport plus seats in black, including premium package, all gauges in guards red including seat belts, carbon fibre trim, Porsche logo and model designation in black, head light cleaning system in black and finally will be getting the exhaust tips powder coated from the dealer in high gloss black, and almost forgot the lane change assist that was added at the last minute before the build locked.

Anyone out there go with the graphite blue? Would love to hear your POV?

Got an update from my dealership - my car is leaving Emden today (5/27), should arrive in San Diego on 6/24 - now just waiting to figure out which vessel it's on.

Looks great. Wouldn't have thought Sapphire goes with black/Bordeaux but it works! My C4S is Agate with black/luxor 2-tone. I hope that works as well!? Being based in Thailand haven't had the opportunity to see the combination 'live'.
I'm sure you'll enjoy it, I've still got another 31/2 months to wait despite ordering in December.
Would be very interested in your opinion on the rear axle steering which I also optioned.

Was your car on the Fremantle Highway? My Targa 4S is on the ship and it's now on the way from Halifax to Houston via Jacksonville. It's supposed to dock in Houston on June 5th then on to Oklahoma City soon after. I had Euro Delivery on April 26 and left it at the Leipzig factory on May 1. I can't wait.

 

I just finalized the build on a C4S for an August delivery.
Miami Blue, Black full leather, PDK, Sport Pkg, Premium Pkg+, Glass S/R, SPASM, Etc. My wife and I are discussing doing ED, but it's kind of short notice at this juncture. We might just throw caution to the wind and head for Germany in July. We'll see.
I'm jazzed about the car. Initially I was going to get another C2S, but this allocation came up for a quicker delivery so I went for it.

The Mediterranean Highway finally offloaded the vehicles today at the Port of San Diego. From what I have been told, Porsche's PDI Center does not operate on weekends or holidays. I am guessing that I will see my C4S no earlier than June 10th in Northern California. Order placed on Feb. 10th.

 

I ordered a C2S a few weeks back (placed a deposit anyway), and my SA asked me if I would be interested in a C4S build slot in August or if I would rather wait until next month's allocations come in. My dealer informs me that my car is in India and has cleared customs and is on the way to the dealer stockyard over a month ahead of schedule! However the car can't be delivered till it's officially launched in India in mid June. just as well, since I leave for my summer vacation tonight, till the end of June.
