I'm patiently waiting for my ship to show up in Emden ... my C2S is quietly sitting there looking for a lift to Benicia, hopefully the Shanghai Highway departing around 11/3. When asked to confirm which ship it will be, my SBA would only say that hopefully it will make it onto that ship as if there won't be enough room ... I guess that there is always a risk that there are tons of Volkswagen and Audi vehicles sitting in line ahead of me

I'm with you. I have a T that has been waiting for a ride to Benecia since 10/16.

What expected date do you show for V332 (Exit port Emden)? I'm showing 11/9; with Shanghai Highway as the only Benecia-bound ship on the schedule, I like our chances.

Mine shows a date of 11/16 for departing Emden ... At the moment, no other ships are listed following Shanghai Highway so I'm keeping my fingers crossed about making it on that ship.

Also, I only just noticed that Emden is the home of a large Volkswagen factory ... Yikes, I hope that there is an adequate amount of reserved space on the ships for the Porsches to get through.

mine didn't make it onto the Miraculous Ace. My timeline now shows exit Emden on 11/9. It arrived there on the 22nd.

I believe that Porsche's schedules only have Friday anticipated dates for boat departures. So if your "Expected" date shows Friday, you should expect to see it go out sometime that week. Assuming you make the boat.

For West Coast bound ships, it appears that not all ships targeting San Diego will also make it to Benicia (San Francisco Bay Area, where my car is expected to come ashore) ... my car arrived in Emden the day before Graceful Leader was suppose to board but alas this was one of those West Coast runs that ignores the Northern half of the Pacitic coast ... SoCal clearly consumes most of the autos. This said, I fear that if my car doesn't find a spot on Shanghai Highway, it might miss a December delivery.

Thanks for the moral support ... spent most of my life down in SoCal, only last 15 years have been spent up in Oregon. On the positive side, besides living a lower-paced lifestyle in a greener environment, 911's aren't as common up here so it will likely feel a bit more special driving one on a daily basis.

there are none going out to Jax the week of the 9th. before that, its on the 2nd, the previous week, which may be why mine is shown as being later. Oh well, the anticipation will only make me appreciate it more when it does arrive.
