Just had a nice surprise My GR 991.2 CS2 with RAS, SC and quite a few other goodies will be delivered at the end of Jan (the build was brought forward 4 weeks - completed at the end of November).
Welcome Great news! You should see it within the next week.
What version did you get?

It is a PTS in Stone Grey with very minimal options. Although my process started in May 2016, I originally posted my order here on November 5th. An almost eight month gestation period. Now I will finally see my baby tomorrow. I promise to post photos soon.
AWESOME!!!!!! I took delivery Dec 16. Youre in for an amazing day, particularly at PECATL. VERY cool place.

Can't wait
Awesome looking car, congrats. I am glad to see you going bold with GR, but then again I am partial.
I picked up my baby at Atlanta-PEC today. The Porsche staff were courteous, professional and awesome hosts. I highly recommend the PEC option. Here's a quick photo with more to follow upon my return home. Headed to Pigeon Forge and then back to NC.

Looks great!! Maybe we will come across each other around Charlotte. You should bring it to cars and coffee some time.

Thanks, I had a blast from concept to delivery. I picked the color (Stone Grey) sight unseen and then kept my fingers crossed. I kind of wanted to have a very basic 911 (mostly based on my wife-directed budget) as a tribute to older Porsches. In this case, a 356 from 56-59 era. I was very thankful when I finally saw it today.
It is a Paint to Sample (PTS) order in Stone Grey. It was an optional color for Porsche 356 around 57-59. I think it was later offered around 66-67 on 911/912. I saw some photos of it online, but never on a car in front of me. So my PTS order was a leap of faith. I am pleased.
