HOT FOR SALE: Pick of the Week 991
Rennlist Member
Awesome car! Congrats! Looking for exactly same car (white and performance options), with SPASM. I am also in Houston! Good to get a marker. What was the price drop from 91k before you started negotiating if you don't mind sharing?

Goes to show guys. Shop nationwide for increased chances of finding that special car at a fair price. As hard as it is to find cars, you really have no option. Enclosed delivery is pretty cheap too considering.
Some of these cars come out of the gate priced high, and worth keep an eye on them as price drops happen when they don't move by dealers who like to sell cars vs. collecting them.
Some cars are priced to sell right away too. Need to follow the market to recognize those deals. HFS keeps you up to speed

I just bought my car, while it wasn't on this thread, it might serve as a marker for the current market.
2014 Carrera S Coupe
WP0AB2A99ES120625
14,5xx miles.
CPO car, sold by Porsche Beachwood
Originally priced at $91k (!)
Sold at $84k including delivery from Beachwood, Ohio to Houston, Texas.
Car was supposedly entered into numerous concours events. From the condition, I believe it; it's definitely the nicest car I've ever owned and shows incredibly well.

Congrats on the new purchase. I am in Houston too and also had to buy out of state. We should have a HFS alumni meet in Houston!!
This!
@jakeg, congratulations, looks immaculate and well bought!
But please let us know how comfortable the "Captains Chairs" are (per the dealer's Vehicle Overview you posted above). Did they come out of a Chevy van, LOL?!
Enjoy it, and post pics with the sport technos.

They went down to $89k before i started talking to them.
LOL! I agree! The car looks awesome in person with these wheels, but the Technos are definitely on the 'upgrade' list as they are my favorite!

Hi All. I'm a fellow HFS Alum. Thanks to STG for allowing me to post here. After one year of owning my first P-Car I have been bitten by the bug. I want to sell or trade my Cab for a 2S Couple or GTS with Aerocup kit. My car is practically fully loaded with PDCC, PDK, Premium Plus with 18-way seats, ventilated/heated seats, Sport Design steering wheel, PSE, Sport Chrono, Bose, Light Design Package, PDLS, Porsche Entry & Drive, 20-inch SportDesign wheel with 5mm spacers, Agate Grey with black roof and black interior.
No accidents, all service records from my ownership, new tires as of 2/17 (with road hazard warranty at America's Tire), ceramic tint (with lifetime warranty), and a Fidelity Extended Warranty (Platinum with $0 deductible) good through July 2022 or 67,000 miles, whichever comes first.
$79,898 @ 13,750 miles, down from $132k MSRP. I am located in Los Angeles, California. Looking to sell or trade for 2S Coupe or GTS (with cash) and with Aerocup kit. Rennlisters or HFS lurkers, send me a PM.
