If there is interest, one of my very good friends works at this dealership, happy to make an introduction. They are an autonation store so typically won't budge on sales price, but will be open to 'add ons' as the adjustment, if that makes sense.

Almost all of the listed options are standard features. If we eliminate those, it's reduced to:

Heated seats
Enter and drive
Leather seats.

It's unlikely it's that stripped a car, though I suppose those exist.

Also, the ad plain lies. It says "AWD" when the dash and the door sill are clearly marked Carrera S, not 4S or 4.

It's clueless enough that I'd expect it from a used dealership that doesn't know 911's, not an owner.

Likely an honest oversight- those are just pull downs in a list on the listing form... the title of the ad clearly states '2012 1/2 Porsche Carrera "S" - $62000' in bold print.
