Note to any guys here ... any of these "performance" modifications never fare well at resale. Bone stock is best. Most times these mods end up being a can of worms. Not only will you recoup nothing, you'll actually negatively affect the resale value.

ECU tunes and suspension tweaks can be a dangerous road. Especially with future maintenance needs. Your local Porsche dealer won't know what the hell has gone on.

In other news, a quite heavenly naturally aspirated offering. Pretty much the Holy Grail for the kind of cars we love here.

Long live the naturally aspirated freedom.

STG - the GT3 touring package is drool-worthy. If only they made it in PDK for the young sacrilegious Porsche-philes like me.

FYI I got to drive the new McLaren 570 GT this weekend as part of their driving experience initiative ... look forward to posting initial impressions of the car.

Looking forward to the review. Just do it on the main board, as I'm breaking my own rules here with GT talk. Just goes to show, huge demand for NA cars as Turbo .2's and 718's sales struggle. Add flattening Macan sales, Porsche should be concerned. Huge year over year Macan sales have been the golden boys, and look to be saturating in the segment they're in. New Cayenne looks like the old Cayenne, so who knows what will happen there. New interiors all look the same, and don't have any high hopes for a new gen 992 either. Only getting bigger, overpriced, and too many electronic gizmos.

Yup. OffLease does not have a great reputation... Google them.

There motto might be "We Sell Cheap Porsches... And They Are Cheap For A Reason!"

I read somewhere the other day that 911 sales were up. I can't remember where that was. Maybe Pano??

Seriously, is this meant to be sort of way to keep a job alive that's not needed??
I drove through No, about a year ago. I had rented a car in DC and drove up to NYC. Anyway, I stop for gas in NJ, and they come up to pump my gas. I look at the guy and tell him I would rather lose my man card than let another man pump my gas. I should interject here that after working in Law Enforcement for over 25 years, I have been told I can be intimidating. He then backed up and let me pump my own damn gas. Afterwards I learned about the law of gas pumping in New Jersey.

It's a 1949 law that just never went away. It's also the gas station owner who potentially receives receives a ticket and fine if a driver pumps his own gas, up to $500 a pop, not the driver doing the pumping.

Not that any fines are actually ever issued...

I'm always shocked at how many used 991.1 rear bumpers show up for sale on eBay!! I think many may be listings just getting renewed. Don't know how hot the market is for them.

I'm glad Porsche released it and it's certainly an amazing car that will serve a purpose and satisfy those looking for a GT3 for the "real world" and not track.... but imo it leaves a lot to be desired vs a true GT3. Just makes me want a raced out GT3 all the more.

On another note, is that Aqua Blue I'm looking at?
