Won't sell at that price. No way.

The blues and greens are the more desirable ones. All these yellows look the same.

A yellow GT3 is hard to sell.

When you find out let the pros on Wall Street know. They have never figured it out let alone the rest of us.

A few. Too much loose money out there. Banks are giving it to anyone once again. Loans for condo developments, apartments, restaurant chains, etc ... Over saturation in many industries with loans stretched thin and slowdowns starting in parts of the economy and consumer spending. Every company and chain has been into expansion overdrive. More stores and retail centers than can possibly be sustained.

Crazy run up in prices in real estate, cars, etc .. Just too high too fast = will go down just as quick when the sh*t hits the fan. Fast forward to 2017-18 and things won't be as peachy. Plus companies can't find employees, yet 25% of the able workers in this county are on the gov't payroll.

Anyway, back to cars. Less depressing.

We would get along well

The recent "WTF-flashback moment" was when Weels Faro announced their 3% down mortgage with a credit score of 620+. Oh, and that 3% down payment can come from someone else. That means someone with a mediocre credit score and NO money can "buy" a house? What could go wrong?!

Due to chance we got to see the build sheet of a 2015 GTS and loaded Carrera S. I realized there is only $15k between them. which is little over 10%. Am I crazy to think that is a no brainer upgrade?

But around a $35K difference in asking price.

If....... concerned about getting the most return for your $$$$, the Carrera S/4S's are much better buys dollar for dollar in the sub $85K asking price range. You can get great ones $75-$85K with CPO's with LOW miles (15K or less).

.1 GTS's are mostly floating around $110K or higher these days but slowly dropping. The 997.2 GTS has held up well though at resale. Better than the 997 S/4S's though. I expect the same for 991.1 GTS's. Last of the NA's too.

My take on it! The whole reason why I started this thread. Great deals under $100K. That's where the value is highest (depending on MSRP of course). Now with prices slowing having gone down over last couple years, great deals are to be had $85K or less. Going on almost 2yrs for HFS now.

Totally agree! And clear side markers too! Love my Black wheels with the Black glass sunroof. Tinted glass is my next upgrade. A prescription will make my tint legal.
