Looks good to me on paper.

How a car like this goes to auction is beyond me? I would be interested to get some details on that.

Here is a GTS with 20,000 miles at a VW dealer. Original MSRP of $140,500. Price cut to $102,900. Nice options if u like PDK. Looks like Aerocup kit has been added. Even if aftermarket, I like it as long as it fits and doesn't rattle or squeak.

Second owner put almost 18K miles on it over the last 5 months. Wow. Too bad the first owner didn't keep it longer!
The new rear spoiler is the TechArt piece, not the Aerokit Cup one.

A TechArt wing would be fine with me. I'd like one on my C2S. Might have to upgrade the front spoiler/splitter with that if it is similar to to the Aerocup pkg. Porsche strongly recommends both ends of the 991.1 be done, to keep the car balanced in high speed turns.
If somebody buys a GTS with 20k miles and uses it as a garage queen. the mileage would average down and probably be less than 40k in 4-5 years, So that kind of mileage on this 2015 might not be a bad deal, longer run, especially if bought for $40+k less than MSRP.
BTW, talked to an independent dealer in Miami on a hot loaded non-CPO 2016 Lava Orange GTS with 1700 miles. He said they now have access to loans @1.74% for 60 months, and 1.99% for 72 months. Not a bad time to buy. Problem is he wants $130k for that Orange GTS. Too much, IMO.

not sure if this has already posted...
This one popped up in my area.
2013 Yellow C4S (manual) with only 3.8K miles - $87,995
~$38K off original MSRP of $126K
Built as launch vehicle. Thought it would be worth a look for those wanting low usage/mileage.

There's a Colorado dealer offering 15% off on leftover 2016 991.1's. That didn't surprise me. But they also have a couple of 2017 991.2 S's at the same 15% off. This did surprise me. Why would they offer 15% of new 991s?

I was just visiting my favorite Colorado SA last week and he told me that .2's did not seem to be selling that well. He also shared that they have done several increases in prices for preowned .1's and the market is better than earlier in the summer. YMMV

^^^^ Correct
Sales have dropped slightly from .1 to .2
Not a good sign.
I believe a small part of it is economic. Pre-owned car and motorcycle sales are on the upswing and new are suffering. The 911 has gotten so EXPENSIVE. I think they're pricing themselves too far away from the competition. The pre-owned values that we see here make much more financial sense.

Wow! Fifteen percent off a new 911? Just about unheard of, no? I only got 15% off MSRP on my '16 GTS with 4K miles on the clock. Know that I overpaid but thought it was a fair deal at the time.

I'm sure the 15% 17's are demos, or some really goofy builds. Nothing to get excited over.
Same with left over .1's, hard to find great builds. I'm sure there's some out there.

Received their marketing email today.
Be advised. When I was looking to buy back in May they posted a car at one price. I called on that car and was told it was sold. Next day same car posted on site at higher price.
Have used the svc department for oil change. No issues/very happy.
I like this one
