^^^ Thank you, gentlemen!
The price is OK at best, the cleanliness definitely HFS level.
I know one of the sales people and they refused a 105 offer, hell i may have gotten it for that.
With the end of the driving season fast approaching, maybe an aggressive negotiator may get lucky so give it a try lurkers and don't be shy, that is how I bought mine from 145 for 112.

^^ and that was a BRAND NEW CAR !!!
Pre-owned today, the car would be listed for at least $112K with 10K miles. Talk about a deal.
I guess there is such a thing as a free ride I know sales tax, maintenance, etc. but still quite a testament to a great deal and super resale on the .1’s.
As someone who is slowly lurking for a 991 gts, I really like everything about the 50th anniversary other than the price. Not to say this specific one isn't a good price relative to others, it might be. But at that level really have to consider the new gt3 touring package right?

Rarely will you find value in the 50th anniversary models. They are all up there is asking $.
A GT3 is very, very hard to get. On top of that, you’ll spend about another extra +/- $50,000 over a 50th anniversary.

Hahahaha.
No.
As STG says, you're looking at $50k delta....IF you can get an allocation

I continue to be astounded at the delta between a GTS and a comparably equipped C2S.
I watch this thread hoping to find a good 991 to drive while waiting for the next GT4. Seems like the "driver's" cars are the most popular and sell fast. C2S' with PSAM S, PDCC, SC, PSE, SD wheel... Combined with low mileage and they sell in days, you hardly have time to get to an out of town dealer to see it.
With firm to rising prices on 2015+ 991s they're about the same price as a 981 GT4 here.
Are there others looking for an enthusiast's built 991 who would consider a GT4 at the same price? Why not?

Yes.
Reasons why you wouldn't.....?
4 seats vs 2 (cabin roominess)
430/400 vs 385hp
911 vs Cayman heritage
wing vs no wing
not paying above MSRP vs paying below MSRP out of principal disregarding that flawed logic
thinking the GT4 "bubble" is about to burst vs 991 market is healthy
