Just remember that for a car with less than 10K miles, you can buy a Fidelity Platinum exclusionary warranty for a little over $2K which extends coverage for 7 years/70K miles. That's better coverage than CPO since it's +7 years from today vs. 6 years from in service and you'll get the same treatment at the dealer. When combined with the larger discount of buying from a non-Porsche dealer, it can be very compelling if you find the right car.

So Fidelity goes from day of purchase?? 7yrs is great. So priced based on year and mileage? $2K is very reasonable for a lower mileage car.

So makes no sense to get until a factory and/or CPO runs out correct?

The good news is there are some great 60 month car loans below 2%, if u have a good credit score. And loan rates are dropping.

Default TY 911.1ers

Ended up with a new 911.2, but have very much appreciated the education and the knowledgeable folks in this forum.

Don't think this one from North Houston Porsche has been posted here yet. This CPO Rhodium Silver/Blk Leather 2015 991 GTS sunroof coupe with PDK, Bose, Red GTS Pkg, etc is pretty sweet. Less than 4200 miles and MSRP was near $138k. Pix aren't that hi-resolution but u can get the idea is pretty nice.

I've decided it's a keeper. Would always regret selling my first 911 someday. If wanting another car in the future, will be another addition. Have some pretty aggressive goals so that can wait a while. Future comfort comes first before immediate satisfaction.

At this point, wouldn't rather have anything else. All around best sports car for my needs

Interesting that we were looking at the same 991 GTS and posted it at almost the same time!

Glad to learn you're keeping a car into which you have invested so much of yourself. Great news!

STG-- that car is definitely a keeper; glad you won't have to deal with seller's remorse
