Probably not dealing $$ on it. MSRP is high. They're going to have to knock off around $20K to move this.

What's holding this car back?? The INTERIOR COLOR. First GTS I've seen with this interior. Steering wheel needs to go too. Few other odd options too.

$30K off a 14 with that mileage is fair. I'd try and get them down another $3K. They won't have an easy time moving it at a Ford dealer. Check it out in person first. If it looks good, start with $5K off asking.

Should I be worried about the weird carfax? What's a good offer for this one? Thanks HFS crew!

MILEAGE INCONSISTENCY

The mileage reported here conflicts with this vehicle's odometer history. Ask a mechanic or the seller to confirm the actual mileage - this entry may just be a clerical error.

Yes I would be concerned. Ask the dealer if they know the reason for the mileage inconsistency. Without that inconsistency, you are getting a nicely spec'd car for $35k off MSRP. If you are ok with the reason for the mileage inconsistency, ask for $5k off.

I would assume that to be a typo. Those are some pretty straight up P dealerships so I can't see any funny business going on. If you are seriously interested in the car I would call the two service departments and see what you can find out.

My vote is fat fingers.

I agree. Not like someone is "rolling back" the odometer.

Make a few calls for some answers.

Nice build!! Love the Sport Design Package.

Thanks! I guess the two cars I'm looking at are almost identical except the non-CPO has PDLS and is asking 4k less, whereas the CPO has no PDLS and is pricier. How much value should I assign to CPO vs. non? Not financing, so that's a factor. It sounds like about 4-5k?

CPO costs the dealer somewhere around $3K. Personally I would assign more "value" to it than that as my risk tolerance is pretty low and the CPO is a top notch warranty.

Really great spec - this car has EVERYTHING! Some people might moan about the "4"S, but with that you get the wide-body!

I really think you should be able to get a solid $85K assuming no accident or drama.
