I would say the price is right for a non CPO car, with those options. I won't worry about CPO, with that much time left on the Warranty.
Did you have an independent PPI done? Or checked with your local dealer on the service history?
I have NOT done a PPI as I've been out of town, but I was planning on checking with local dealer before finalizing the deal. It appears to have been serviced regularly per carfax, but would be nice to have that comfort in what was done. Thanks for the reply!

Price seems fair.
My ONE concern is this rear bumper thing. Why the big report? If it was only a scratched up bumper, would this report even exist?
Was there an accident?? If so, you'd need to have someone qualified pop off that rear bumper and see if there's any underlying damage.

In another thread a guy got a $2k+ quote to fix a rear bumper cover scratch. MAYBE same situation and an insurance claim was made to fix a scratch. That would show up on carfax.

Yes, investigate the rear bumper situation.
Will try and get it checked out but time is not in my side with my deposit and what not. Should've done all this before, I guess.
Is anyone familiar with these Trueframe (attached) reports? Do they actually mean anything or are they just marketing to make people feel comfortable with anything found on carfax?

Doesn't this dealer have any info?? It was obviously done after the auction.
Would have been good to see the auction listing, as they note any damage.
I think that's light if you wanted to go back to OEM wheels... Sure, you might get really lucky with a local set for sale or find some on ebay that aren't too scratched up, but most oem wheel sets in perfect condition are going to be north of $2,000 or even $3,000.
I did notice Suncoast has a single set of bargain-bin priced (but brand new) 20" Sport Design wheels for $1,800. Not my favorite 991 wheel but tons better than the Niche's IMHO.
I did get a bunch more info on that PCA/Agate car. I love the build and colors, but I agree it's not really a 'hot deal' at $69,900 when you factor in 1) No CPO, 2) Comparatively high mileage, 3) $3K wheel budget for replacements. It also has a bit of paint wear on the lower portions of the body from gravel. Not a deal breaker, but not pristine either.
Max has a nearly new set of Carrera S platinum wheels for $1800 on the classified. OEM wheels aren't worth much: who is upgrading to OEM really? Maybe a set of Turbo wheels will fetch more, but everyone around here already has Carrera S wheels or better. I say ask for a $1500 discount, buy his wheels, sell the others for $750 and take $250 for your time.
You don't see many Lava Orange 991.1 Carrera S cars!
I had looked at this one and decided to buy the Guards Red one I bought, even tho I am crazy about that Orange color. The Orange one had no sunroof, no leather interior, no parking sensors, no manual transmission, and they are asking >$12k more with one year less warranty than the CPO 2015 C2S I bought with 3000 miles on it. The MSRP on mine was >$124k, and I also got a great trade in offer, which sealed the deal.
But I do love that Orange. My first Porsche was a new 1970 Signal Orange 914...
The pricing is not hot ($99,970) / original sticker was $143,930.00, but I think it is a really nice build particularly if you are in the market for a 4S. (PDCC / SPASM / SES / Aerokit Cup / PDK)
