Wait no more... $14.7 Billion. And that's just the US settlement and not for all affected engines.

Looks like this is back up now.

Too bad it has an accident reported several months after the purchase:

"Police Report, NV
FRONT IMPACT COLLISION
ACCIDENT REPORTED"

https://www.carmax.com/cars/porsche/...ehicle-history

Also it's a 2 owner car.

How much would you guys take off a car for having this report?
From past experience with a near new 997, I'm guessing $5-10k. Thoughts?

I saw and drove this car. Pretty lean on options, but a pretty good price and it seemed in very good shape. The owner is local and got into a Spyder they said. I wasn't crazy about the options and deal and found a better build for me, but maybe someone who prefers a GTS likes it so I wanted to pass it on. Also, this had the multifunction wheel which I didn't like as much as the Sport techno. I did get my car here and had a very pleasant experience.

I'm looking to buy a 991. Is there anyone near Dallas Love Field Airport that can visually check out a car for me? or a recommended PPI nearby?

Much appreciated.

I think this is hot. 2012 c2s. CPO
Msrp $114,450.00 -> now $63900.

Agate on full leather black, Burmester. Heated seats and steering wheel, 14-way seats, manual.

Too bad (good?) it is a coupe.

Thanks for sharing. Been watching this one. The price seems fair... Does anyone have any experience with the car or the dealer?

Thanks!

I love this GTS! And would be calling him tmw AM, except I limited my search to 991's with ventilated seats (and sunroof and Bose and Leather). The ventilated seats turned out be almost impossible to find in a GTS, and I'm not fond of the Alcantara on the seating surfaces, as it does not wear as welĺ (my experience). So I settled on a CPO 2015 C2S with 3000 miles and $125k MSRP, with options I liked better, with only 6 months less warranty, for $33k less than this GTS. But i didn't get the beautiful Aerokit and 30 extra Hp this GTS has. If anybody likes the Alcantara and doesn't need ventilated seats, this is a great and fairly rare GTS. The price seems a tad high, but it's probably negotiable.

He's finally coming to his senses??

Instead of $15K over MSRP, now @ MSRP. Why the rear wiper??

Yes over MSRP is always

At MSRP and possibly a bit negociable may not be all that bad. Given the new offerings I would consider it if didn't have mine

P.S Rear wiper is the sex

Thanks!
Nothing wrong with this dealer... Paul Gavel the GSM. They host many events and are mostly "Porsche Guys"..

I drove this car.. it's nice but a tad too high mileage for me, personally. The car, overall, is very clean (didn't thoroughly inspect it) but it didn't feel as tight as other CPO 991s I've driven. It was almost 90* that day and the interior had a little too much "used car Armour-all dressing" on the leather and trim that made the experience less exciting. However, I did drive it immediately after driving a brand new 2017 991.2 so that could be skewing my perception of the car a bit.

If you aren't concerned about the mileage it's a pretty nice deal, IMO.

The dealer was great, IMO. The CA, William Watters, just handed me the keys and told me to be back in 15 with both the 991.2 and this car. He was cool and seemed like a genuine car guy himself. I'd go back for sure.

Thanks much for the details. I'm genuinely interested and will give them a call.
